Customer Service is brutal. Emailing to support@artika.com is unresponsive. I had to call customer service multiple times to get a replacement part for one of their chandeliers that I own. After finally getting them to generate a sales quote for the replacement part I promptly paid for it the next day. After 3 weeks from making my payment I still have not received the part. I left a voicemail yesterday checking on the status and now I get an email from them this morning with a tracking number that they are finally shipping it. Very frustrating to deal with especially that they are making me pay for a part that fell apart on their chandelier. Unfortunately the warranty no longer covered the chandelier. Artika makes some beautiful light fixtures but customer service needs some work.
