Nice rooms, perfect service, personnel very understandable and friendly.

I've only been here for a job interview but the short contact I had with the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice, neat inside and everything was well taken care of

Good Location but the Music in the Lobby is like a discotheek (a bit loud)

Good even though outside temperatures are low and even raining ... it was really cool. There is breakfast at the hotel ... We decided it was irrelevant. The location of the hotel is excellent. recommended!

the location and facilities of the hotel are unique. The staff is extremely courteous, always friendly and competent.
We celebrated and spent my wife's 30th birthday and can only recommend it.
A big thank you to everyone involved.

Good spot close to main station

Nice hotel, but the reception is not very good. You have to wait a long time to get in or out. Also parking not very well arranged.

Their breakfast is super tasty !! You should try it !!

Good location in the center but not worth it to be a 5 star hotel. Room service staff are also troubled by the many knocking on the door and access to rooms. Rated in High Bucking but actually not so

My husband and I stayed over for his birthday and loved every moment. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and every staff member we spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was a tasty treat with a great variety to choose from. The art work through the hotel makes it quirky and unique and the location is also fantastic, being situated right across from Centraal.

The rooms were perfect. The service too! Would like to come again.

Definitely a five star hotel convenient location, welcoming atmosphere , modern design, comfortable beds!

Modern luxury and friendliness.
Reception was warm and friendly.
The rooms modern but cozy and the mood lighting was cozy.
The smell in the hallway was "weird" when arriving, but all the other items made up for a lot.
I can understand the criticism of noise when you book a room above the bar, but often this can be solved.
The breakfast was also delicious with very friendly staff, just like the restaurant.
I can only say that it was a very good restaurant and hotel!

Luxury bomb center hotel in a very high level. Worth every shekel.

This hotel is truly unique. I stayed here a while back and I was blown away by the decor. An art lover's dream. Rooms are small but very tasteful and modern with all amenities. To me it felt as if I stepped into a different world. Breakfast was great and included in my booking.

The room was dusty; we found underwear in the room underwear and socks from former occupants. The staff did not even notice the tip left by previous guests. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff is very friendly and friendly

The hotel is really overpriced and the rooms are not a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is small, but you can order something from the menu card for free. What is really outrageous that you happily book money from the credit card, although no extras etc. are incurred. I'm really curious when to book the money back. I can not recommend this hotel.

Stayed a few months ago for 1 night when in Amsterdam. Rooms were fantastic, staff couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. Brilliant experience, would be a pleasure to stay again.

Beneath its starry Arty air with contemporary design hides an uncomfortable hotel, bad soundproofing, very noisy plumbing.

Simple and cozy. Highly recommended 10 minutes from downtown by car. Bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the center.

Went here for a drink on a Saturday night. Nice ambience, music was a bit too loud though. It was hard to have a conversation with anyone.

Too dark And too depressive as a 5 star hotel. Hard to guess is it day or night. + staff at our room all the time even if wasnt needed. Breakfast staff wearing denim jeans with smartfones in their pockets...not proffesional at all :|

One of the best hotels we stayed at! The staff gives that little extra. The interior is different and it is art and design everywhere. Interesting design books in the hotel room, the lounge is really nice! The pool was huge but it does nothing when the rest of the hotel was so good. The restaurant has very good food.

Hotel in the center, right in front of the train station. Very well placed, we did not need to take transport, we did everything on foot!

The morning of our arrival we dropped our suitcases at the hotel. We were told to come back at 2pm to get our room. She was not ready until around 3 pm ...

One of the people at the reception is French which is convenient (thank you Thomas for your advice!)

The spa and pool part disappointed us. Just a small pool and sauna shared with the hotel next door. (Be careful not to go out of the door otherwise you get stuck in the hotel next door ...)

Attention, the toilets are not very isolated from the room ...

In conclusion, we think this is not worth five stars.

Best weekend ever the restaurant is amazing and the room was just fabulous

Stayed here for my wife's birthday weekend. Had food in the restaurant on site and also the cocktails are good. Stayed in room 1005 with the iconic view which currently all you see is roadworks directly being my only criticism. The sauna and swimming pool are good also highly recommended proper 5 star.

This is the second time we've been to this hotel and we've enjoyed it both times. Small, but comfortable rooms. Good WiFi. Excellent breakfast in the 5 and 33 restaurant. Great service. Located near the Central station. So in the midst of all the sites. Recommended.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Amazing locations- near Dam square and close to all the shopping, plus it s right next to the central Amsterdam train station. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

Big construction infront of hotel, so car and taxi can't stop at hotel lobby, it was big problem for me with a lot luggage.
Also the WC door design poor, there is a big gap that can see from outside. I felt not comfort with that.

Not a 5 star hotel! Room not clean and worn, service not satisfactory, bad cocktails, meager breakfast buffet, in my opinion, totally overpriced.

Fantastic location, quality staff and very friendly. Nice pool and sauna. Very big room with high ceilings. Air con was excellent very cool on a hot day. Good breakfast every morning. Highly rated.

Our stay was pretty good. There are minus points for the nonexistent slippers, after which 2 x was asked. In the end it was only said that these were not available. The cleanliness left to be desired, the floor was in the 2 days unfortunately not swept and up on the shower wall hung old cobwebs. On the second day of our stay there were unfortunately hard rolls from the previous day ..
The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, despite the small flaws we had a nice stay.
The restaurant in the hotel is very very much recommended!

Before booking this hotel (via Booking), check that no plane strike is planned.
The experience we have had is just scandalous. Following a plane strike, no cancellation or postponement of stay was possible by the hotel management (Booking is formidable in its transactions) due to their lack of professionalism.

Excellent location opposite Amesterdam Central Station ( 5.5 for the airport). Almost everything is nearby, otherwise the tram is a 3-minute walk away, very welcome and as our room was ready they allowed us to access it despite our arrival time very early in the morning, which allowed us to sleep and rest immediately (relief). Friendly smiling staff and always present, very good breakfast, clean rooms, only downside we were still cold even though the heating indicated 32degree !!
