Best auto body shop ever....great work and service. Made a bad situation tolerable.

I had my car fixed twice by Art Auto Body: once with insurance and once without. They were very professional and helpful in both instances. I was especially happy with how much they helped me with my fender bender that I wanted to settle without insurance. They popped it out and touched it up for a very reasonable price. Unless you know it's there, you can't even tell!

Had an accident to my car and the auto body shop had it fixed in a timely manner, especially before July holiday. Car looks like new!

Best place around, they are professional and genuinely care about the customer experience. Don't waste your time and go to 303 Auto body. Reason I say this is because I have been there, they took 2 weeks to complete a 1 week max bumper re-paint, and there customer service is average.
You know ART is doing something right when the insurance adjuster breathes a sigh of relief when they find out you are going to Art Auto-body. They get the job done efficiently, whilst exceeding quality and service expectations.

Went there because they were a official liberty mutual repair shop. Couldnt be happier with the service m, the speed and everyone was super nice. Having an enterprise right there on location was also fantastic for dropping off my rental and picking up my car when it was done.

I hit a deer on the Thruway early last week. Luckily I wasn't hurt...but lots of damage to my car. Was able to drive it to Art Auto Body...and Simon and his crew took over from there. Got me a rental car on the spot....fixed my car while I was away in Hilton Head...and picked it up today. Looks like new! Art Auto Body is the best!

There have been times when I have had serious car accidents and times when my car was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. On each occasion I have returned to Art Auto Body where they have always treated me with the utmost professional care and personal kindness. Martin, Simon and their teammates perform to the highest level of quality. When your life is put on hold due to a car accident, it is comforting to know that you can rely on them and their diligent service to help you as much as is in their power. There is no question that I highly recommend Art Auto Body as trustworthy and reliable. At this time of Thanksgiving, I would like to personally thank them for their care and diligence and wish them all a wonderful celebration together with their families.

Good work, but returned parts of the car with dust from paintwork.

I have dealt with them twice thru my insurance and I have always had a great experience.

Got in a fender bender and needed fender, bumper, lights, and some small bit of straightening. Car was completed before the police report came out. They communicated via text to let me know the milestones that were met. Car came out great. Plus they work with my insurance company so I had no part in the financial aide aside from the deductible. Great experience, if you have to go and bang up your car I'd recommend them

they used an aftermarket cheap trunk instead of an original the thing dented with the pressure of a finger smh and i only put pressure on it because my trunk wouldn t close

These guys are super in their work and good in behavior and communication.
I will rate them more than 5 becz of their good communication and behavior.

I had a car accident with a very large amount of damage. I took my car to Art Auto Body on Route 303 in West Nyack. Everyone I had to deal with were so incredibly nice. They took care of everything with my insurance. They also have Enterprise in their building so I was able to drop off my car and leave with a rental. Having a car accident is such a stressful situation that they made this part of the process stress free. I highly recommend them. They did a beautiful job with my car and took care of EVERYTHING. Such a great business. Great people

Someone was nice enough to hit my car right in front of my house and drive off, damaging the front bumper. Brought my car to Art and not only did they do a fantastic job in repairing my front bumper, but were able to repaint my hood based on the fact that it started to develop rust spots and got the insurance to cover it, even though it wasn't damaged in the hit and run! They also delivered the car on time and it looked like new, inside and out. It's like they detailed it for me too! I highly recommend.

These people are so unprofessional I am not going to say what they did because it's that bad . Just don't go here

I bought my car here for a bent bumper, scratches & missing fog light. Geico tried to rip me off by requesting 2 deductibles totalling $1000. I called Martin directly. He gave me a fair price less than 50% of the deductible cost. Martin at Art Auto Body has a customer for life! Spreading the word now to friends and family!
