Some times I think portuguese are not using their country's resources correctly. Place is wonderful to be apply for touristic purposes, wonderful view of the river and sea, beautiful environment, but the pity is that they use it traditionally as a shipyard.
It was once a reference in repair and shipbuilding, at the moment it is very old and not competitive, if it were not for the Navy it would not be able to survive, there has to be a substantial investment in improving working conditions to become competitive, and it can attract private and other navies
