Love this place. They are always polite and have what I need. I was wasting so much money going to Michaels when I was in a pinch. I do wish they were open in Saturday lol. Thanks guys!

I've been calling for 2 weeks about servicing my graphtec (supposedly graphtec dealer/repairer) plotter, and have gotten no where. Spoke to Joe once, to which he requested I email them photos about our problem, which I did. Received no response, emailed again, again no response. Called several times, left messages, no response. At this point they're costing me money while I look elsewhere into a new plotter. My shop puts out $300k of work annually, as I continue to grow I'll never use Supplies Unlimited. If you need something for a plotter or service, look elsewhere.

These guys carry everything for sign shops, but do not go in to buy equipment expecting to get great support. The first time we needed their tech to come and set up our Roland SP-540, the tech blew us off 5 consecutive days with the "I'll call you later with an exact time". We are now dealing with this again with trying to get the tech out to assist in calibrating the cutter functions of the Roland. Was supposed to call at noon, I just had to call the shop and speak to the owner to see where this tech is. I got a "I'll call him now and call you back with an answer". Lets see how it goes.

Our Roland BN-20 had a damper malfunction which in turn leaked ink into the head and fried the boards in the printhead. We contacted multiple "printer repair" places in the area which led nowhere. Justin was super helpful and was able to diagnose our problem from a few pictures. Although, we were able to replace the printhead ourselves, Justin was knowledgable, professional and friendly.
