Please stop posting 'trainee jobs' on reed.co.uk and other sites. I find it misleading as the jobs advertised are 'subject to successful completion of the training course'. I recently came across the position of a IT Support Technician posted on TotalJobs . I was initially interested in this , but came to know it was not immediate employment. I am not sure who you are - a management consultancy ? , a recruitment agency ? OR a training provider ? ...

I had the experience to apply for a job for Arrows Group. After many hours of work, interviews and preparation I made it to the final stage. Then I was interviewed by a manager who was rude and unprofessional to me. Then I was promised no matter what happens, whether I m selected or not that I ll be contacted morning . It was then evening I had to call myself to find that I wasn t selected and the reasons for that were also a lie. They said in the presentation I did I only talked about 3 skills, which is a lie because I had list of at least 8. Be careful before applying there
