I started working for sugarman 4 months ago and have not a bad word to say about them. My agent Ben is wonderful and within a day of being eligble to work i have had the best experience. if i have any problems my agen Ben does his upmost to make sure they are resolved. They are very reliable and would recommend them for anyone looking for educational agency work.
Promised , but couldnt deliver. Consultants aren't good at there jobs. Stay away.

The worst recruitment agency i have ever had the misfortune to encounter and be with. They have failed to do their job in finding me a job and did not do their research properly. And has also not given me my due when i worked in a nursery role. I honestly do not recommend under any circumstances this place

A bit of a shambles from the off. Promised something that was never given. Warning phone calls aren't recorded, get it in writing. But they don't like giving in to you in writing. Not a good agency to work with. Go with academics instead!
Out of the agencies I requested to join this summer, Sugarman responded instantly, and I was put in contact with Ben Lockspeiser, who has been nothing but helpful and communicative throughout my time with the agency. A position I had for three months fell through last Friday, and Ben called me instantly to inform me, as well as already having a new placement lined up for me this Monday gone. Thoroughly recommend. I haven t been without work!
My experience with this agency was dreadful. They contact me and rushed me to bring my diplomas and after that they didn't offered me any job. They haven't got professional staff to solve the files. Under 1 star !

I have joined Sugarman Education since November 2018, the registration was quick and they were able to find work in the school. Demi is amazing, considerate and understood what I wanted in my career. Demi strives to do all she can for me constantly, very professional.
I had a complaint with the company which got escalated to the Managing Director who seemed to never be available, took around 4 weeks to resolve a simple problem which should not have occurred in the first place. Be warned phone calls are not recorded so ensure you get what was discussed in writing or expect unfulfilled promises.
Would not respond to my new implores emails to give a reference. Thanks to Luke Harper who was pramoted but neglected all workers under his watch. No sense of structure or organization. No one seams to know who dose what or who to contact. 3 weeks of calls and emails and still no answer. A total shambles. I do not recommened.

Thomas Godden was rude and pushy, pushed me to take a role I did not really want, was rude and arrogant. They take half your money via Umbrella company. Its a rip off. Avoid.
I was really happy with my time with Sugarman. I felt supported and really noticed the difference in the little things- like when I called up on the phone with queries- someone was always available and willing to assist. My consultant George was always professional and helpful. He was able to arrange assignments that met often very specific requirements and was readily available during them if I had questions.
Terrible service. Took money for something they never supplied and then stopped replying to my voice messages and emails when I tried to follow it up. I even contacted the manager directly who never responded to my complaint. Wouldn't even give 1 star.
I ve had a great experience working with George. He was able to get me quality jobs quickly - and offered me jobs based on my experience and preferences.
Rory did an excellent matching job and found me the perfect new job. He was very professional friendly and kept me updated at all stages from interview, feedback to securing the post after the offer was made. While he was away, his colleagues were equally as helpful and I could not have asked for anything better.

Overall I have found the service to be very friendly and professional. My consultant Rory has been amazing so far and was able to get me work within the first week of signing up. I have found my consultant to be very easy to communicate with and he is always keeping updated on the work available and making sure i'm happy with my work.

Don't work here or go through this company for work. Timesheet delays are constant for new workers, distractive employees who don't focus on their work between different departments, and really bad communications internally. Bad employees have advantage over good employees who actually sit down and do their work from 9 to 5.
Rubbish waste of My time!! This is a not serious agency, please avoid!!!
Had an amazing experience with Sugarman. My consultant Joel Grouden was very easy to work with, reliable and always found schools for me very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone looking to join Sugarman as he s available to reach as and when you need him and his approach to work is second to none. You re bound to have fun!
The only nice thing about this agency is the building. Be careful cos they may mess about with your payment. I ll probably give half a star. Do not recommend.
I would not recomend these they never gave me a reference and im still waiting for my p45 ive asked several times and im still waiting now tried head office and its constantly busy they said i had to fill a terminaton request form in which i did about 5 weeks ago they said they hadnt received it and i know i sent it all i want is my p45 ive never had anything like this before with my other employers not a good agency at all
Registered with sugarman education and two days later they are telling me that they have lost some of my registration forms so I will have to come back in. I registered over a year and a half ago and have never received any work from them despite them telling me that I was clear to work. What's more disappointing is that they are telling me that they need me to come back into the office to sign some new documents because I haven't worked for them in over a year, and until I do this they can't send me out to work. Bare in mind that I live nowhere near their office. I am very disappointed in this agency. If I had known that they were this disappointing I wouldn't have registered at all.
Lucky to get 1 star, if I could have given no stars it would have rated these people better!

Ben L. U need educating with manners and social skills because you are seriously lacking in these areas.
Spoke to me rudely on the phone when I told him I wouldn t be attending an appointment with him (in which I had not confirmed via email) the next day, became very sarcastic and then slammed the phone down on me.
I did not have any obligation to attend and I do not appreciate being spoken to in such a way by a little boy in a mans suit.
Absolutely disgusting company and I would NOT recommend anybody using them... I m sure you would receive better communication from the Job Centre.
