A recruiter from this agency contacted me several times regarding a position for a local company. I wasn t really looking for a new position but agreed to have a conversation and a phone interview was scheduled. Eric did not tell me until an hour before the phone interview that it was actually a zoom call and that I would be meeting with several people versus the 1 person he had previously indicated. He had misrepresented the role when I spoke to him previously and he never sent me an actual job description other than a copy/paste. I met with the interviewers and found out the role was not what Eric had stated the role was and also found out that it was for a 3 month contract. When I contacted Eric and asked him if he was aware that it was only for a three month contract he indicated that he was not aware. I expressed my frustration over his lack of knowledge regarding the position and requirements. He said he would follow up on the contract terms and I never heard from him again. He lacks professionalism and wasted several hours of my time. I can t speak to the agency - but would not recommend working with Eric. He s unprofessional, lacks fundamental knowledge of the positions he s recruiting for, and is unresponsive.
