Spoke with William. I sent my application in and everything sounded great. Never heard back from him. Not professional to not respond to a potential client. After four emails asking if he was ok because recruiters usually are in contact with you I stopped and got nothing out of it other than not to use Arrow for anything or recommend them to anyone.
