Gus that works in the office was an old neighbor of mine and I was kind of hesitant about using him because Gus has a lot of personal demons and I was right I used them for the last time thiss summer. Gus lied about chemicals Gus lies about prices and again it's because of his personal demons that I will not discuss online I hope he gets help and I wish him luck and hope he gets help

Had a fabulous pool and stonework installed. Great quality. 25 yrs ago. Pool still looks wonderful. Everyone from the office to service people are kind and responsive. They re not the cheapest but You get what you pay for and your paying for their integrity and customer service. As well as a job done right

Gus is a great guy and Pete the tech that came out was unbelievable! These guys are knowledgeable and care about the customer. Great guys and excellent service!

This team is great! They are quick to respond in emergency situations and to help with identifying (and fixing) issues that arise. Gene is fantastic with customers and Trevor is their top tech! Thank you!

Heads up -- Armond's renovation prices are off the charts 5 times the cost of replastering when compared to the competition from 4 figures to 5. An important lesson in getting more than one proposal. This difference is not a question of value.

I ve been a customer for the past 7 years....The people in the office need customer service skills ....unprofessional and just rude....tired a the service people never showing up when promised...4 weeks finally service guy told me to look else where if I m impatient....so we did....

Mike Ciarrochi of Armond Aquatech Pools earns an enthusiastic and well deserved 5/5 stars for designing and building our pool. Below are some of the reasons: Total Ownership of the Project: with every other pool contractor we talked with, you work first with a salesperson who, when they get the contract and your check, turn the project over to a project manager who then enlists multiple independent contractors to do the work. While that process can work it is fraught with communication challenges. With Mike, he takes total ownership of the project from start to finish (and beyond) - he never hands you off to someone else. Armond has an extensive staff of full time employees (friendly, helpful, knowledgeable) who do much of the work. Mike employs sub-contractors who he has worked with for many years and who have earned his trust. Nonetheless, Mike is always the one who supervises the work in person. Importantly, Mike backs up both his word and the contract. Expert Knowledge / Expert Advice: Mike is a third generation pool builder at Armond; his grandfather started the company and his father evolved it forward. Though he took time to earn a college degree, he has literally learned every facet of building pools from the ground up and continues to push his in-depth understanding of the industry. This was our first pool and there are many decisions to make. Mike was extremely patient in explaining various options and always focused on helping us get what we wanted and not what might be most profitable or easy for Armond. Unexpectedly, we need to get a variance for the pool. Mike was right there with us in the township meeting and his ability to expertly address various issues was key to getting our approval. Excellent Communication: it seems the construction industry is plagued with poor communication - people don t show up on time or at all and digital/phone interaction is haphazard at best. Mike is a pleasant exception. Easy to connect with, generous with his time, and always ready to tackle any issue. Quality Work: none of the above matters if you don t get quality construction and Mike deliveed in full. If there were issues he took care of them - no hassles, just get it done right. No Surprises: Mike was not the low cost provider. However, while others are renown for various bait and switch tactics, upselling as they go, Mike s price was his price and we got what we paid for. No drama, no deceptions, no surprises. That was a big deal for us. On Going Support: Unlike many pool contractors, Armond services their own pools. Since he knows everything about how the pool was built, Mike continues to be a helpful and friendly one-stop resource. He wants us to enjoy our pool - and we do! We love our pool!
