Floor staff were lovely and tried their best however driving their 3 times to ultimately need to get refunded was a waste of time and money. I was advised they had a replacement for the faulty support pole of the portable basketball system i purchased, i specifically requested they check it would fit as I did not want to go back and forth. They called me, told me they had it. When I arrived they had the whole pole still assembled (3m long), not sure how they thought I was getting it home without a trailer? Also they had removed the supporting struts. Luckily I checked it was the same support pole as I found it was a completely different fixture (1 screw compared to 2) and would not work. They then made me drive all the way home and back again to collect the rest of the system before processing a refund, despite my willingness to leave them the support pole (the whole thing is useless without the piece that attaches to the base). Three 45 min trips for absolutley nothing. My point if you are going to help actually help their "willingness " to help ended up been way worse than if they had just said bring it back for a refund. All they needes to do was ask what the fitting was like, make some effort to check the ome they had would fit, because evidently they had no idea. I will commend the floor staff for their demeanour and commitment working retail during covid 19, they were 5 stars, nothing baf to say, the management or supervisors that handled my issue, as above.
