Floor staff were lovely and tried their best however driving their 3 times to ultimately need to get refunded was a waste of time and money. I was advised they had a replacement for the faulty support pole of the portable basketball system i purchased, i specifically requested they check it would fit as I did not want to go back and forth. They called me, told me they had it. When I arrived they had the whole pole still assembled (3m long), not sure how they thought I was getting it home without a trailer? Also they had removed the supporting struts. Luckily I checked it was the same support pole as I found it was a completely different fixture (1 screw compared to 2) and would not work. They then made me drive all the way home and back again to collect the rest of the system before processing a refund, despite my willingness to leave them the support pole (the whole thing is useless without the piece that attaches to the base). Three 45 min trips for absolutley nothing. My point if you are going to help actually help their "willingness " to help ended up been way worse than if they had just said bring it back for a refund. All they needes to do was ask what the fitting was like, make some effort to check the ome they had would fit, because evidently they had no idea. I will commend the floor staff for their demeanour and commitment working retail during covid 19, they were 5 stars, nothing baf to say, the management or supervisors that handled my issue, as above.
_____1st star: Website was up to date and accurate.(It's 2019, why is this so rare?).
_____2nd Star: Phone call was answered promptly by a friendly member of staff.
_____3rd star: My query, (confirming if the item I was after was in stock in store), was quickly handled while I waited on the phone within a minute or so.
_____4th Star: Staff then, without prompting, asked if I would be coming to store today and if I would like the item to be held for me.
I mean it's almost like they were anticipating and then servicing the needs of the customer in an effort to curate an effortless and pleasant shopping experience... Oh wait, that's just good customer service. I guess it's just been so long I forgot what that was like.
_____5th Star: All this on a Sunday. That annoying 7th day of the week that so many Perth businesses can't be bothered getting out of bed to take my money.

Huge store, great range of equipment though probably not so many clothes. Lots of sporting shoes, I'm a size 13 US and they had a decent range of futsol boots which was a nice surprise.

My wife was In there today to purchase a pool table she said the supervisor was busy chatting with staff and when she ask for service he rolled his eyes then gave her attitude before she had a chance to ask a question and was rude with his reply very unprofessional. She did say however say the owner of the store was a pleasure to deal with. If it wasn't for you we would have not purchased a thing

The dedicated team at Armando sports offer friendly Professional advice. Massive range, excellent value, Inc Table Tennis, Gym Equip, Boxing, Games & of course the traditional winter/summer sports apparel/equip. Wouldn't go anywhere else for anything sports! 1 Complaint, located Willetton & Stock Rd/Sth St ONLY - How about the Northern corridor, I travel 30 + KMs.. Thanks IASports again.
