Omg I Love the Staff and all they offer. I had Bunion Surgery and stayed 7 days with the best ever staff of Nurses. They were so attentive and fun to talk to. If I ever have to have the other foot done I'll definitely be back. F.Y.I. the Doctor is pnenomanal too!!
I'm being discharged today from my bunion clinical research study. There are not enough words to show my gratitude and appreciation to the team of nurses and doctors and administrative facilitators. Every staff member at this facility has been incredibly helpful, genuinely caring and compassionate with my care as well as every other patient in there. My personal experience has been wonderful and outstanding! From the my first consultation with Duchess, who made me feel informed and comfortable in letting me know what to expect. She was great!
When finally in the surgical facility the staff Patricia, Serena, Kathy, Luz, Nathan, Lauren and Marilyn are just the few of the names and faces I saw on a daily. From the day of my surgery to the 4th day of study the whole staff was incredibly attentive to all of my needs. They thorough made sure my roommate and I we comfortable. 3 Fantastic meals were served hot and fresh everyday. My roommate and I got along great, so great we were both discussing when we both wanted to do our other foot for another research study together because our experience was so great! I would highly recommends any of their research studies if it works for you. The team and staff is highly knowledgeable, professional, caring and compassionate at what they do. I'll be back in six month to do my other foot!! Thank you everyone at Arizona Research Center you really put my nerves at ease, preparing and educating me every step of the way!

Just spent four days and three nights at ARC. Unexpectedly, the time passed quickly. The staff was attentive, professional and their bedside manner was warm. The room was very private and comfortable. Happy it's over but even happier I chose them.
Would recommend them to anyone.

I was trying to get in for the lower back study because I've had back pain for many years. I was initially accepted and was to receive a phone call. It took 2 weeks before I heard back. I'd given up on them after that time. Finally I got a message on my answering machine from Adriane. When I returned the call I was placed on hold while I listened to the most annoying music over and over again (not radio station). Then the call went to voice mail. It is a week later, and I still don't have a return phone call. Something isn't quite right. Phoenix location.
I was in a bunion trial in March and it was the most painless experience both surgery wise and being in the facility. The staff was fabulous and I adore them for everything they do/did for myself and everyone there. I'm looking forward to being apart of another trial with them.
My sister is currently in recovery from bunion surgery and unfortunately had to drop out from the test medicine they tried on her since she was in so much pain she needed FDA approved medicine. She was told she would be treated like in a normal hospital with regular medicines and treatment. That was Friday morning. Today Saturday she is being told that she needs to walk asap and leave the facility around 10am. That's about the time she began receiving regular meds yesterday. Some nurse told her she can't be here more than 24 hours after being administered the regular meds. Nobody mentioned that yesterday... Also, she isn't allowed to leave until she can walk by herself. And she clearly can't walk alone if she is in such pain. She doesn't feel like she's being treated the way a recovery patient should. It'll be difficult for her to be unsupervised at home without the medical staff. I hope someone from the facility can help clear things up.
I just completed a 6 night research trial here and I have to say that the staff is wonderful. I definitely recommend giving clinical trials a shot. If I can help bring medical advances forward so can you!
