It s a good Airport and it was a good experience
Friendly staff & helpful.

Not big duty free but it was acceptable

The counter agent was friendly and pleasant. Beyond that, it was not a great experience. The guy who acted like he was helping me through the checkin process kept badgering me for more money. The bathrooms are not clean or equipped with necessities. After having such a wonderful time in Cairo, this was disappointing.

The Cairo International Airport Terminal 3 is the latest and largest terminal in Cairo that was constructed 2009 with 23 boarding gates this terminal is the home of Egypt air the national carrier and this terminal can handle 11 million passenger every year the terminal handles international and domestic air flights ... this is all sound good but from the minute you get into terminal 3 starts the problems first thing on screening gate where you will find a guy who is working for a services company his job is to put your luggages on the belt but he will start hinting at you to tip him ... after going through the screening gate another guy from the same company will be standing with a trolley offering you the same services but with the same hints to get a tip from you ... then it's time for the counter where you send your luggages and get your boarding pass ... The staff at those counters are usually not friendly rarely to see a smile on there faces and last time I had a cartoon box which I sealed full with tape and the guy at the counter asked me to seal it again "sure for a charge" I started to argue with him why should I re-seal it and he was telling nonsense reasons only he has instructions to send people to pay money for the sealing machines .... on your way to the specified gate you will meet many of the cleaning staffs and each one will hint to get a tip from you .... and if you will arrive at terminal 3 you would face a problem in car parking area as it's so random without any lining and no specification for any parking category ... the full experience was not bad but the terminal needs a better management to control every small detail as this terminal and all other Cairo International Airport Terminals are an image of the country and it's culture .

Very well organised, even with that many flights, border control, Covid control and customs were a breeze, the ramp to meet your ride is under maintenance and filled with rubble so be careful.

Not exactly the kind of Airport I would give 5 stars. Apart from the internet being very limited to 30 mins, it would not really allow you to use your Roaming Number to be able to use it, only the local ones, or maybe it is just me not knowing horlw to really use their web for registering. Needless to say, I had to purchase my personal data package just to browse the net while I waited for few hours before my flight. And also, items are a bit higher in price compared to what other airports has, I would say.

But smooth boarding. I'll give them that.

Good place and it is a bit hard to fly in the middle of the night. but you get an unforgettable experience in return. a chat here, a joke there, empty lines, done in less than 10 minutes. everyone loves to smile and help (terminal 2). some lounges work around the clock. you must search a bit to find them. it is worthwhile only very unnecessary thing: why still filling in these cards with names and flight numbers upon arrival and departure? they are disposed anyway. and my name and passport number? right, you find both in the passport

Smooth arrival, took us 5 minutes to collect our luggage, immigrations and customs officers were very cordial and welcoming.

It's huge airport for the city of cario. The airport is clean and according to the current scenarios they are trying best to make it and safe place for travellers.

The airport is maintained to a good standard and process was seamless. More needs to be done regarding social distancing. Multiple flights resulted in a mix of inbound passengers at the PCR checking station and immigration counters. No proper distancing observed.

It was very quick and people are professional. Washroom are clean. Only problem is parking is away form the gate if you have a friend waiting for you to pick you up, you are going to walk for a 10 min to reach the parking
