My company did business with PMG and digital eye candy from 12/14/18 -6/20/19. PMG was to geo-fence multiple trade shows for us and deliver data to share the results, as well as continuous re-targeting for the following 30 days after the trade show. My dealings were mostly with Catherine who was my sales rep, as well as Max on the technology side, and at one point I spoke with Jim D the managing director. We were supposed to receive geo-fencing on 3 trade shows. They did not once produce any proof of actually fulfilling the geo-fencing. At multiple trade shows we had 10 plus people opening all of their apps to see if ANYONE saw our ad none of us did. In fact they told me weather bug was an app they were featured on commonly, I personally downloaded this app and opened it over 100 times during the trade show. After the first blunder they "gave us more impressions" to make up for the lack of communication and us feeling that they didn't deliver. Oh cherry on top was they sent us our "data" which was not our data at all it was actually data about a car dealership they had supposedly done work for in the past. After I pointed this out I still never received the correct or applicable data from our show THAT WE PAID FOR! The next two trade shows were the same situation, someone was sick, its the week of the trade show and they are putting it together asking for booth numbers etc. Honestly it was a nightmare trying to communicate with them, throughout our transaction. After the final show, and multiple times trying to reach out for results or proof that anything was ever even done we gave up! What a waste of our money and my time. Never have I had the run around like I did working with PMG & Digital Eye Candy. I will never do business with them and heed warning to anyone considering to do future business with them based on our interactions. Every part seemed shady and like they never delivered what we paid for.
