My daughter Brianna is special needs I want to thank Dr. Phan Anesthesiologists for being so kind and explaining what her treatment would be while putting my daughter to sleep for dental treatment. He made sure I understood the process he also asked if there was a preference of arm to use and not to use when placing an IV. I truly appreciate him asking since my daughter has muscle sensitivity to her left so we don't use that arm at all. Thank you Dr. Phan
