Given the reputation of the Biltmore, this was a big disappointment! The ambience, decor, fixtures were subpar at best. For the price we were expecting a lot more. The service and technicians were good but that was the only positive. I have been to many spas in the US and outside, so I know my spas. think a full renovation and revamp of this spa is long overdue. I would not recommend. I went with 2 other ladies and they share the same opinion.
