Hello company executives ariel !!!!!!!!!
I am your worker. I suggest you leave a comment box for our workers to comment. Because our workers have things you need to know. We work in an environment that is too stressful, constantly being scolded even though we did nothing wrong. We have to endure for work. I'm definitely a company worker who doesn't work happily. The manager is not good, but we cannot present to you. Managers make air work stress, too much work to do, work that hard. supervision is not treating people fairly, discriminating. easy work alway for the supervisor's friends. if they do wrong, the supervisor will not scold us as to treat us. . The bonus is reduced, or not available if done wrong. anybady need money for family.
if keep it up, we will call suggest the support of the Department of Labor.

We hope the director sees the presentation. We love Ariel, we will work hard for the company. But workers need directors to listen and care about us. otherwise I believe everyone in the company will find another job.

Extremely lazy workers here unloading times are all day for a couple hours of work talking more than working drivers avoid this place if possible

The credit department at Ariel is one of the worst I've dealt with. After asking repeatedly for a refund on an over payment we had made, we were told that their system wouldn't allow that until the order had shipped. Even though the over payment was not related to the order they were holding the refund against. They then called and asked for ANOTHER payment in full even though we have a credit on our account. It comes across as incredibly dishonest. My main issue is that they were more interested in arguing with me than finding out the quickest possible way to refund my money. We will obviously never order from them again.

Horrible customer service.

Alicia Robinson was so amazing she helped me out replacing an artwork for a stress apple product we needed for a client and gave us pricing for mailer boxes which is an odd request to begin with & Then Angela my savior even sent me a picture with the product inside the mailer box so our annoying clients can finally make a decision. Just exceptional service. Big props to both of the them awesome teamwork.

Excellent Customer Service, products are high quality and they do an incredible job printing logos on those products. Fair pricing too.
This is a wonderful company to work with. We do numerous orders with them every month and have for over 5 years.

My vendor that we use has been doing business with Ariel Supply for eight years and has had nothing but great things to say about them so we didn't think anything of it when we ordered our giveaways for a local trade show. Usually what we order we like to have good quality at a responsibly good price. We ordered a custom stress reliever. It advertised that it would look like a stack of dollar bills. What we received looked nothing like the picture what-so ever. I was very disappointed. When our vendor informed Ariel supply that his client was not happy they told him their was nothing they would do and it was "as advertised" Will not order from here again. I'm giving two stars because the shipping and timing was good.
