Currently work there. All staff is friendly and almost like a family. We treat customers with utmost respect and honesty. Customers can be very rude when doing Client Command.

Oh boy, where do I start? From poor management/supervisors to being under trained and under paid. With an unforgiving attendance policy with no real way to make up points. Supervisors will guilt trip you to work more hours, even if you're unavailable. Flexible hours, yeah right. If getting yelled at on the phone is your thing this is the job for you. But don't consider trying to leave once you start because they will literally beg you to do any hours you can even if it's part time.
Definitely not a good work place especially if a supervisor begs you to not say anything bad about the place as if I'm supposed to lie.

Used to love it here including the people! killed it on the phones, made management in less than 2 months, was a fun place to work.
Went south so fast;
Cut my position (among other supervisors) without notice, dropped my pay, management began treating me with less respect, cut hours in June promising pick up around July and still hadn t picked back up by the time I left at the end of September.
Worst of all terminated my 2 weeks early on the last day I was supposed to work, and made it out to the unemployment agency like they fired me for stealing from the company thanks to their "bonus" system if you call $0.25 a pledge a bonus.

I worked for them for a week, the trainer Ken was very sexist and treated me poorly because I was pregnant. He singled me out, sent me home early with no explanation while I was in training. I reached out to HR and they never got back to me. Everyone in my training class noticed the way he treated me. HR does not care about their employees and either does this company. I quit and reached out to HR about my check and still haven t heard back. For a communication company, it doesn t know how to communicate at all.
