Horrible place! Drivers please don't come here or if you will get ready to wait at least 5 hours.

Loaded me quick.locked the load down as well. Good staff friendly people helpful plenty if space to maneuver truck

No good this place, the line leaders and personnel needs to be more respectful to their employees other wise, consequences can be in the front door knocking

Not even that star do they not need it is horrible over there for shipping and receiving.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was a little concerned about the delivery there.
Checked in 1.5 before my scheduled appointment and was empty in less than 2 hours. Staff was very nice. The check in desk gentleman was extremely nice and the desk ladies were nice as well. The place wasn't very busy. My experience was very good.

Shipping/receiving at the back, door 27. Arrived at 7am (my appointment time), loaded at 1245. 6 hrs to offload trailer. Overnight parking. Portable toilets in front and back of the building.

Nice people. Only took them 20 min to unload my trailer. Unfortunately they made me sit for 2.75 hours before they started. No sense of urgency, seemed to have little respect or care about driver s time.

It's not worth your time.(loading)6pm appoinment, out 11 pm

Overnight parking available, delivery strictly by appointment, check in just 15 minutes before, 1-2 hours unloading, porta for drivers

I went in there with a good attitude an i could tell it surprised them, they were pleasant back to me. I imagine they get a lot driver's coming in there upset about how long it's gonna take to get unloaded. I recommend going around back by dock 27 to check in. They may send you around front or down to the next set of dock's on central ave. I got there on time at the 11:00. Empty at 13:47.
