The credit department at Ariel is one of the worst...

The credit department at Ariel is one of the worst I've dealt with. After asking repeatedly for a refund on an over payment we had made, we were told that their system wouldn't allow that until the order had shipped. Even though the over payment was not related to the order they were holding the refund against. They then called and asked for ANOTHER payment in full even though we have a credit on our account. It comes across as incredibly dishonest. My main issue is that they were more interested in arguing with me than finding out the quickest possible way to refund my money. We will obviously never order from them again.
