The services veryyyyy slow and people from there do not know how to process or what kind of papers necessary for permanent visa / residence. When I asked some questions with immigration experts he said we have no idea and ask him with migration BA. When I asked migration to BA they told me to ask about migrating rosary because I live in rosario. They always said me back. In truth very bad services.

My opinion about immigration is that the place is very small since the number of people who have to do paperwork is great, the staff is few and the desire to work as well. I am Argentina and as such the lack of dedication they have makes me impotent.

Terrible attention, total disrespect. Employees do not inform, mistreat people, regardless of the fact that they are chatting, drinking mate, entering and leaving the establishment, going to work with children and not attending to people. The system goes down and you have hours waiting for no response without contemplating that there are people who lose their work day. They don't answer the phones or answer the emails it's a real disaster

Migrations Argentina in Rosario. A central place in the city where all the procedures related to foreigners who wish to file their temporary or permanent residence in the country are carried out. The attention is personal and virtual according to the procedure to be performed. The times to obtain this recital depends on the Radex migration management system. The costs are accessible for the paperwork.

Truly a purgatory, patience is exercised here. They would have to give a diploma of patience to all people who (God forbid) have to do some paperwork. I recommend going to 11: 30-12, it is when they really begin to work so that they can go at 1. The truth, a regrettable representation of the Argentine State.

The people who should be there to provide attention and help, misinform and play with one's time and need. They have little desire to work, they spend it with the phone and dancing with colleagues and they waste the time and patience of anyone. Damn bureaucracy

Total embarrassment, little desire to work, wasting time with their cell phones and treating people as mentally retarded. Zero desire to laburar, and "working" until 12:30 to make sure and leave quickly at 13. They do not know how to advise, the only thing they say is: look at the page and when you look at the page and return to the window It turns out that you always lack something .. but they did not know anything ... Total ignorant, they feel safe with their jobs and that's why they do what they want, URGE supervision ... and if they have bad feelings and do not like to deal with people and they do not like their work look for something else. Conformists

The employees are inefficient and rude, they do not give the necessary information when they should give it. Employees take mate and use the cell phone while attending.
They do not facilitate paperwork and treat people as if they were superiers.
When they call people they do not listen to them, they do not put effort to be heard. The bathroom has no light, it does not lock and the toilet seat is broken. The second time I went they did not open on time which is a lack of respect for who is waiting to be attended to early.
They are not corteces and much less friendly, nor do they say good morning that would be secondary if at least they did their job well.

You have to arrive early because there are always a lot of people to be served, in general they are friendly, few occasions seemed rude to me, the place is a little overdone, the chairs are close together to make room for more, which can be uncomfortable, which the most irritant is almost always there is no person at the reception, then it takes the process even longer.

One can be used to being poorly attended when carrying out procedures but this place takes the prize, they can break your worst expectations and give you a bad experience as you can not imagine.
The ticket manager deserves her own mention 12/16/2020.

I started my residency process in 2017 (I still don't have a permanent one) and unfortunately I have to say that my experience in these offices has been unpleasant every time.
The officials who serve the public are not cordial, moreover, they are contemptuous, they talk to you in derision, in a rude way, they also waste a lot of time (gossiping, greeting the processors, passing people without a turn and drinking mate) they arrive late, do not provide information timely.
The toilet in the office is not adequate either, the bathroom, which is also shared, is not in clean condition.
A month ago I asked for information to renew my precarious residence ahead of time (because I have a trip) they told me that the only thing I needed was the copy of the air ticket ... today when I return to the office, they tell me that I must pay $ 1500 and that I do not need the ticket, because if I am requesting residence, I should not leave the country, this was the argument of the official, which is not true.
This office does not reflect at all the inclusion of the Argentine immigration policy, those of us who seek to legalize our immigration status deserve respect, and these procedures are not free, we are paying for a service.
