One of the few authentic hand drawn noodle places in Philly! The hand drawn noodles are thinner and shaven noodles have a denser, more chewy texture.Unique Selling Points -Really reasonable prices for their portions. You'll get lots of noodles! But not a lot of meat. I think it costs extra for more meat fast service: no BS, if you're hungry and need some food ASAP.

Messed up my to go order on Postmate. Ok, it happens. Called. They said 20 minutes for the correct order. Drove over. 20 minutes came and went. I sat there for a hour waiting for my order. Manager was informed of my situation but he was very unprofessional about resolving it. Finally received my order...wrong again!!!!! Too tired and hungry to fight at this point. I ll just never be back.

Hip and way above your typical Chinese restaurant. Located in Sunset Plaza with plenty of free parking. Extensive menu of drinks: imported beers, saki, wines; appetizers including dim sums; entrees: salads, soups, noodles and chicken, beef and seafood choices plus a kid's menu. Highly recommended.

Whenever I am craving a Chinese chicken salad and happen to be in LA, I make way to Chin Chin in Sunset Plaza.
Free parking behind retail stores.
They also have yummy spring rolls.
Grab a seat outside for some fun people watching and sometimes a celebrity siting.
Dogs allowed in outdoor seating area.

I recently went to Chin Chin to pick up my phone order. I can't say how the service really is if you go to the sit down portion...but I feel like their service in the togo/pick up area is lacking. I was craving soup and decided why not spend some money and get yourself a delicious soup. I ordered the hot and sour soup and then the beef chow fun noodles. These two items alone was over $30. This is something I definitely am not okay with...the price point for their food is ridiculous. I called and they let me know it would be at least 45 minutes for my order to be ready...

Anyway aside from the price and the time...when I went to pick up the food...you have to go to the "back area" or downstairs around the side....that's where the Togo food is. After finally getting to the pick up area...there wasn't anyone to help me. I had to wait around for someone to come and assist.

Anyway aside from that the food was decent. Nothing amazing nothing terrible. I have to say...unless someone really wants to eat chin chin....I don't think I'll ever go back...at least not if I'm paying for it.

Was craving Chinese food and found this place in West Hollywood based on reviews. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We ordered the spring rolls and pork wontons. Wontons were good, but the spring rolls were mediocre. For dinner we had the Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken with fried rice. Both were pretty good, but the orange chicken definitely stood out. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate cake and fortune cookies. The cake was ok,nothing to write home about. The cookies are made locally and brought in (so not fresh to the store). They are really good though! I'd probably come back.

We searched for a Chinese restaurant and came across this one, staff was dismissive. Do not order the lemon chicken, its two pieces of chicken fried to death over some rabbit lettuce. How is that Chinese?

I love this place. Really good Chinese food specially their Chinese Chicken Salad. Outdoor seating is a plus. Sometime you may run into celebrities here. Gloria Estefan was once seating right behind me.

this restaurant has been a long time favorite of mine! the food is consistently delicious and filling. i especially enjoy the "dim sum and then some" menu option. it lets you have "a little of this, and a little of that". don't miss the chocolate covered fortune cookies!

Our waiter was excellent!! I believe Chin Chin's is now under new management & lost their old chefs. I've always loved Chin Chin's and hope it regains what it once was as one of the most thriving restaurants on Sunset Blvd. My girlfriend ordered Lemon Chicken & it was excellent.

It was a treat to drop by Chin Chin's after the theater. I've been going since the mid 80's, and can always rely on great food, great service and a great time. The parking is a breeze, right behind. And be sure to catch the view of Los Angeles on the south side of the parking lot - it's pretty spectacular!

This restaurant is an "institution". The food is very tasty and the portions are generous for most dishes. The staff is friendly. There is both inside and outdoor dinning. Also free parking.

I hate to give poor reviews. I am hoping that the management of Chin Chin reads this. By far-- the worst food I've ever had in LA. The steamed white rice was undercooked and tasted like the rice boiled in bags that you buy in the grocery store. The spring rolls were beyond awful and tasteless. The chicken gift wrap app was awful. The tangerine chicken on a scale of 1 to 10-- I am being nice here was a 1. The wait staff were all lovely. I love to walk from my apartment to sunset, but made the wrong decision eating here last night. I hope management reads this and takes this to heart.

I used to LOVE this location and have been coming here since I was a teenager. However I will NEVER EVER eat here again! The food was HORRIBLE the last time I visited and they stopped serving the ribs we have loved for years. I even celebrated my birthday at this location a few years ago but it has gone way downhill both the service and the food. My family and I now will ONLY go the Beverly Hills location. The food and service are way, way better. I have to say the location at Sunset Plaza needs new management and new chefs. I frequented this location so often through the years. I remember every renovation. I used to go when they cooked out front and the food was delicious. I'm sad to say my favorite restaurant is now one of the worst.

Went there for my birthday dinner like I do every birthday and the last 2 have been terrible. My cousin waited 40 minutes for his orange chicken to be brought out because they cooked a batch and didn't like it so they remade it. Then my chicken chow mein noodles were over sauced, gooey, and not how they used to taste2 or 3 years ago. Mayve a new chef or new reciepe but it isnt the same. Chin Chin used to be one of my favorite restaurants but it looks like that'll have to change and I'll be having my future birthday dinners at a different restaurant.

When you arrive convenient parking in a rear lot. You walk into a quaint, modern, classy and clean restaurant. A tall brunett hostess came to our table in fishnet stalkings with a super short skirt. I have to say her trashy look was NOT apealing as I was eating. Her attire should keep with the presentation of the restaurant. We then had a server who was very nice. The food, dumplings, chicken salad, BBQ and chicken fried rice were very good. The portions leaned to the small side but i will not complain as I left full. I will return to give it one more try and hopefully be met by a well rounded, classy and good eating establishment. I would have given them four stars but the hostess did play apart in my rating for service and atmosphere.

This is my regular go to when I am in WeHo-Ho. Check out Stephen the hot Captain American look alike actor/server. He has a great sense of humor. Tip him well, help him achieve his acting goals. Or cast him in your project. Quick witted. Food is always great!

I keep on coming back to this place every time I'm in LA. Probably a bit of nostalgia. First time I ended up living in LA, my girlfriend at that time, who later became my first wife, took me there for dinner. It's always a bittersweet experience. The food is decent for what it is, but you can get better Americanized chinese food. Authentic, it's not. Drinks are okay. But it still has a place in my heart, so I'll keep on coming back.

I'm surprised this place is not 4 stars and higher. We were served by very friendly, but not overly annoying staff. The food was reasonably priced for the location, very tasty, and good portions. The wines selection is not extensive, but the wine I got was very good and very reasonably priced. Thanks to our waitress, Nili!

Went to this Chinese restraunt last night and I use the term loosely. For restraunt prices it was not worth it food messed up 3 times food came out bit by bit with items we had not even ordered and items not even turning up whilst sitting on metal uncomfortable bucket seats on stools made for large than my 6 foot son. Apologises thrown at us as stuck on a recording loop . So I f you wish for a good restraunt with great service don't go to chin chin very disappointed
