I have a close friend that had her HVAC system replaced by them. 3 stars for the fact that it was all free because it is all covered by government grants and donations but minus 2 stars because after the installer made serious mistakes. 1 star added back because mistakes were mostly fixed. On top of that he did not apologize for the mistakes. They used the wrong color caulking on the outside wall. Worst of all, the installer told the homeowner that he did not make mistakes when confronted but after the supervisor came he confronted the installer in front of the owner for making the mistake. The senior installer fixed all the mistakes and was very nice unlike the first guy. So overall, they do good work yes but just because they get free grant money does not mean they should be allowed to do shoddy work. The installers work needs to be inspected better closer. That is why this review is here to inform people and to watch the installers and keep them accountable. Overall though its a great organization and they do good work overall.

Got behind on SMUD bill the lady who helped me needs 10 stars it was quick and painless.

It's a place where you can use the internet prepare for getting a job financial assistance use the bathroom sign up for snap HF ( homeless friendly)

CRP came out a couple of years ago to my Mom's home.
They were very professional, pleasant, and had excellent customer service skills.
I highly recommend them.

So frustrating. My SMUD is due to be turned off by the end of the day. I've tried calling several times (not just today but other days too) and there's no answer. The voice operator puts you on hold and after a few minutes tells you they're busy and to call back later and hang up on you. And according to the recording you can't go into the office in person to get assistance.

I think the person that's handling my case is biased on the color of my skin and been blowing me for a couple of and so tomorrow he's saying he's coming by my home to drop off a application and hopefully do a inspection.because i think he's jerking me around and come monday he has not heard the last from.me..t.i no he is and where he's works..i will be in touch...

The receptionist was very rude to not just me but a lot of other people there that needed help with their utility bills yes she wouldn't take it due to a correct letter using my utility allowance which are no longer receive I spent $10 on a bus to get there spent hours traveling time for nothing get rid of the receptionist she's going to hurt your business

The people in the back r very helpfull but the receptionist needs 2 be replaced with one that is willing 2 help or even do the job they r paid 2 do

Can't never get ahold of them I called at 8:30 and it was busy

They always come thru for you a real big help with utility's

It takes days if not weeks before anyone can get through to this organization to obtain assistance.

It was such a great place with helpful, kind and very friendly staff. I highly recommend checking this place out and learning about all they offer and can do for you and others.

The staff bent over backwards to help me! I was an hour early for my appointment & rather than make me wait outside in the hot sun, they helped me right away and took a late lunches. That truly shows care and dedication to help people who really need it. Thank You!
