Just got off of the phone with Nick on 11/28/18. I called to find out when my online store was officially closed(the third party did not get the correct date which was 11/19/18) and found out it was November 21st (after my call concerning our account.) Now my teams warm up gear will not be shipped for 2 weeks therefore not be to us for our first two games. Nick did not care and did not try to accommodate me in anyway. My store was initially set up on November 12th when I talked to Kevin Herald and I was promised my gear would be to me by December 4th. Before the team store was ran by a 3rd party I would have given ARES a 5 star rating. After this experience and how the online store is so limited, I will be taking my basketball and track business to another retailer. Unfortunate, I would have loved to have kept my business in my home state. Nick just left me a voicemail and said that since my order is on the smaller side and we are in Ohio that we might be able to have our order by the 4th it depends on shipping and if the shirts come in. If my athletes receive there gear then I will change my rating. I still think ARES should look into their 3rd party handler of the online store.
