A very nice and cozy 4 stars Hotel in Warwick. You will get the opportunity to experience everything of a 4 stars Hotel plus a spectacular view overlooking Hotels own Golf course. The photos which are attached in this review are from the Courtyard Rooms. The view is simply amazing. Looks like the management got a real sense of what a guest expects on a country side hotel. Breakfast is very delicious and fresh :) The Car park is massive too. All in all a nice and cozy experience. Thank you.

Ardencote manor was spotlessly clean with gr8 spa facilities and the most lovely staff who greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Had a lovely day and would highly recommend it. The afternoon tea was yummy too

Would not ever go here again staff was so rude to the point that the manager called Liz said it's a shame that your going to be with us a few more days. Gave us dirty looks throughout our stay.
The room is very dated and unclean, in the bathroom in the corner was a big cobweb/ spiders web with a massive spider and a dead beetle attached to it when I arrived on the Monday I left it to see if it would be cleaned the next day and it was still there so I brought it to the attention of the reception who said it would be taken care of and the next day after house keeping had been in it was still there, the window sill was covered in dust.
Ordering room service twice on different days and both times no knifes and forks.
Worst place I have ever stayed and never again avoid!

Had an excellent stay, our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a little outdated but still charming. The food is definitely the highlight here as we had a fantastic meal and the dining atmosphere was great on the weekend. I didn't have the chance/ enjoyed a lie in too much to use the spa facilities however my other half thought the treatments were good and at fair prices. I would recommend Ardencote for a short break away or a refreshing change after a few hectic weeks.

Sadly very disappointing. It looks like it may once have been nice but now it is in desperate need of some maintenance and proper cleaning. Staff do not seem particularly engaged and were unhelpful at best. The options at lunch were incredibly limited. It was basically just limited dishes of meat and dairy. There is no catering for any dietary requirements. The robes were rough and only available in small sizes too, so you may want to take your own to be comfortable.

Beautiful setting in a rural location. Golf course is fairly young but still challenging in its own right and once the trees have matured it will be quite a tough little course. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Room ok dinner ok hotel was built in 1860 but has been developed. Were there 4 a black tie dinner event. Nothing really special except that my wheat free needs were looked after well at the dinner.

Excellent swim facilities - the outdoor hot tub is particularly nice! I had a fabulous 25 minute back massage which did wonders. Food is very good as well, and the package deals they offer are excellent value for money. Great mini break!

Had a lovely 1 night break all facilities very clean. One suggestion a spin dryer for swim wear in the leisure centre would save having to try to dry swim costume over hot towel rail overnight. Food delicious, quite costly drinks. Grounds lovely and well kept.

Very good all round. Great staff, good food (carvery option would help). Coffee stations weren't always functioning but that's the only negative. Rooms are well appointed. I would recommend this hotel venue without hesitation.

Staff are friendly, grounds and golf course are lovely but the Indoor pool area desperately needs an upgrade. Some of the rooms need updating, they look tired in places. Nice venue for a wedding though.

Rooms large clean.and warm.we had lovely bath robes and slippers and delicious macaroons left for us. However the bed was very hard and bath tub could have done with a bath mat. Location was great as the party we were at was downstairs. However we could hear the music until it finished at 1am.
Amazing breakfast in the morning.

An amazing hotel with great service and facilities. Food served was from a set menu and dropped in quality. Main course was a bit cold and fatty. But the afternoon tea was magnificent. So just bad luck on that. Really enjoyed my stay overall and the grounds were amazing.

The new facilities "Destination Spa" are very nice, and the really big hot tub. Dinner and breakfast was of high quality. Next stage to make it a 5 star would be to start updating the rooms (but appreciate lots has just been spent on the spa).

Great facilities, let down by poorly trained staff and poor management.
Payment was due on arrival/departure however the money came out of my account several days before we arrived.
Check in was nice and quick, however the reception staff seemed perplexed by a simple question about the leisure facilities. Unfortunately this was a common theme for our 1 night stay.
The room was a good size with comfy bed, a good standard of fittings and surprisingly quiet.
The Brasserie restaurant was busy so we ate in the bar... the next few hours passed in chaotic fashion, with lovely but clearly poorly trained staff who didn't seem to understand how anything worked. Food was average and pudding took forever to arrive and we ended up being overcharged, which was eventually sorted out by the receptionist.
We used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi in the morning which was great. Breakfast which was disappointing, cheap sausages and very little options for vegetarians/vegans and no information about dairy-free/meat free alternatives etc.
Overall quite a disappointing stay.

We got married on the island in the outdoor pavilion last month and it was a fantastic day from start to finish. Many of our friends and family that attended the wedding also stayed over and shared our opinions. Great service, beautiful place and fantastic food.

Was not Informed that the outdoor pool would be closed, says seasonal yet it was open the week before, very disappointed. Surrounded by scaffolding and actual builders round the outdoor hot tub, not Nice, not informed of this either. Nowhere to relax round the indoor pool unless you count a tiny wooden deck chair, until we complained. Afternoon tea was poor to say the least, with two of the three finger sandwiches only containing salad leaves. Manicure and pedicure is just a file and polish in a room with a flickering light. And the relaxation room was closed for refurbishment, also not Informed.

Although this hotel meets the criteria of a four star rated hotel I would have to say after staying here several times it's a conference hotel.

The rooms are decorated 10 years behind the times and the cleanliness is substandard. The food is quite nice but the restaurant and bar area is understaffed and doesn't provide an exquisite experience you would expect for the price.

Not happy with our overall spa experience at all. ...

Not happy with our overall spa experience at all. I had booked this a few months ago to help my sister and l to cope with our mum's illness. The initial booking was cencellef as mum was worsening. She sadly passed away so l decided to re-book during the 4 week wait for her funeral! We were feeling very delicate and were much in need of some pampering and time out. The welcome was lacking in friendliness. There was refurbishment happening (which we weren't made aware of) The relaxation lounge was not in close proximity to the spa and we had to walk down corridors to access it. The room was shabby and the refreshments table was untidy, the bin was dirty (from when we arrived)and drinks weren't replenished regularly It was far from relaxing! Changing room was really cold, a fact a lot of people were remarking on. The pool was warm but not very attractive. The floor was dangerous when wet and l slipped and fell over.
Our afternoon tea was good quality and served by a lovely waitress. And the hot stone massage was nice and soothing. The therapist was really gentle.
However we were both not impressed with our day, which we had waited so long for. I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star. And we won't be visiting again. There are plenty of hotels offering spa experiences for less cost and with far better surroundings.

** NB; After sending aa complaint to the spa manager we have been offered another spa day free gratis when the refurbishment is finished. She promises a better day. So l want to acknowledge this fact publicly.

Wedding Saturday 19/05/2018 .

Wedding Saturday 19/05/2018 .

I cannot describe how fantastic every aspect of our wedding was.

From the initial enquiry to the actual day ,everything was perfect. Dawn ( Sale )- wedding coordinator
made us feel very special and nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful and plentiful all our guests commented on how lovely it was. The function rooms and the overnight accommodation was excellent. The fact that the weather was fantastic meant that we got to take advantage of the lakeside wedding area which was so romantic and a beautiful setting. A special mention to Saf (master of ceremonies) who was brilliant and always appeared when we needed him, and many thanks to all staff involved as they too were excellent. Overall the best wedding we could ever have wished for. Thank you Ardencote Manor see you next year for our anniversary !
