Arden Theatre Company Review

Set was done so fantastic, my red hat group loved the play and the creative rendition of the bluest eyes

Inventive production of the exciting musical, "Ragtime". A must-see show dealing with race, bigotry, love, and family values presented by an extremely talented cast acting and singing to a wonderful score.

We saw Peter Pan and it was amazing! The actors, set, and story were wonderful and told in a unique way. Even my 2 year sat still and enjoyed.

One of the best small venue theaters in the area. Many of its plays stretch the bounds of traditional theater.

Fun Home is an amazingly talented production, wonderful storytelling.

Great performance of Cabaret, and a very spacious building. They had nice clerks, and very talented actors/actresses to wow the audience. I would return again.

I've seen several productions over the years as a guest of a season ticket holder and enjoyed most of them.

Difficult to find good parking, but very nice, intimate setting.

Saw A Doll's House in an intimate setting in the round. Powerful performances in a great space. Looking forward to the next production on the main stage.

Small theatre in Olde City Philly. Excellent productions, fine casts. There is parking around, but it can get tight on weekends.

One of the best theatre companies, not just in Philly, but in the northeast. Every show and production I've seen here has been Broadway worthy.

Excellent locally produced theater. Straight plays and musicals staged artfully by talented theater professionals. A true gem.

First time attending a performance at the Arden to see "Once". Shouldn't have waited. The show was wonderful. The cast weren't just very good actors, they were very good musicians as well.



There are many local restaurants that will give a 10% discount by showing your ticket. Check the Arden's website for list. We visited "The Plough and the Stars" to start off our night out. It'sjust 2 blocks away..

Awesome play & Actors. Esp the lil children, we went to see *RAGTIME* HISTORY & HUMOR, Great prices. Esp for seniors. Hubbie & I love it. We will be returning in NOV.

We saw the play 74 Seconds to Judgement.. It was powerful.. It was awesome.. We loved it!!

Aside from being a great venue, the Arden's current production of Once is wonderful...far better than the national touring company version that came through several years ago. Go see it!

Saw a show with my young granddaughter. An adult ticket is a bit high for a kids show.

The way it was staged was unique.

My mother had the leading role in " Gem of the Ocean" . An August Wilson play. The entire cast was amazing. But the set and prop designers. ... kudos!

Awesome theater! We have been annual subscribers to the children's theater program for 10+ years. The drama classes are fun and very educational. All of the actors, actresses, and crew are professional and eager to introduce children to all of the workings of a theater!!!

Ragtime at the Arden was powerful! Go see it...it's there till Oct 27th...it speaks to our time...

The venue is awesome! It is very intimate. Excellent and quality effort put forth by the actors. Great place to see real theater.

Brought AP Literature class to production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at The Arden Theatre. Top notch performance. Laugh out loud show. Really creative use of music. Plus the cast stayed after to answer questions. A+ experience.
