Great apartment complex for the most part. There were some issues I encountered while living here. Parking was terrible if you live in the buildings toward the back. One assigned spot for my spouse and I to share, so MOST of the time, he or I had to park our other car near/at the clubhouse and walk a fair distance home. People also parked on the curb in the fire lane just about everyday for this reason, which blocked cars from passing or backing out of their spot. They did not monitor that situation very well. We called and complained about it several times, as we had been blocked in by other cars parking on the curb and we were told there wasn t much they could do to fix the parking situation. Also, they charge a $400 pet fee for a dog and $300 for a cat. When I asked what the fees were for they told me to upkeep the pet amenities... when I questioned why I was paying a cat fee for upkeep on amenities that only a dog could use, they could not give me a clear answer, they just proceeded to show me the addendum and told me thats just the policy. The fees do not go toward any pet damage. Just food for thought if you are considering living there.
