They use their large truck to bully and push other cars over and butt in at the last moment. I saw numerous traffic infractions that left me wondering if they even have a drivers license. In just one season, Arbor-Nomics fixed what three previous law care services had messed up. They are so much better I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.

I also had them aerate and overseed my lawn this fall. They did a thorough job. In the past my previous companies did a quick once over and threw down some seed and were gone. Update 3/2106. Got a call next day from Doug Cash. He was terrific. Provided information needed and appreciated reflection on issue I had with customer service. I am continuing as a customer of Arbor-Nomics. I feel confident that if an issue arises in the future, I can always reach out to Doug for a positive resolution. I recommend them for dedicated and customer concerned lawn care! KP Cancelled my service today after being a customer for almost 20 years. They direct bill my credit card. My account says to call and leave a message before treatment, or at least it used to. In reviewing my credit card, I found a charge on 2/3/16 another on 2/16/16, and then a treatment notice on the porch yesterday 3/17/16. Three treatments in 30 days. No call. I used to also get an email receipt. Nothing. No call. No receipt. When I called to say I wanted my service cancelled due to 3 credit card charges in 30 day, I got no explanation. No offer an an explanation. Just, "Ok, I have cancelled it." When I asked if there was anything else she wished to say, she said she could have the manager call me, and stated that there was nothing she could tell me. No customer service. No offer to investigate to see what services were performed and why there were 3 in 30 days. No offer to make any sort of restitution to keep my account. No customer service whatsoever.
I am finding a new company. I will have to start over and now sod my lawn. My yard has gotten progressively worse each year and it is now dead. I pay +$40 for a front yard to be treated (very small in area). Very disappointing!
Francis came out to assess a tree and did an excellent job explaining the condition of my Oak tree. She was very knowledgable and promptly sent an estimate for work to be done. She is an asset to this company.
Everyone at Arbor-Nomics is focused on customer service. Believe me, you will have you lawn well cared for if you get their services. They have my highest recommendation.
After a bad experience I was very hesitant to call another "lawn care" company. Arbor-Nomics was suggested by someone at work. I called and they showed up on time and walked around the yard for a time then presented. Nice to hear straight forward honesty. The gentleman clearly pointed to examples of issues and explained how to correct it. And, after each visit I am not blasted with calls, notes, or emails about mold or bugs which need immediate attention - while strangely unable to show an example. Is yo want my money you need to start with honesty. When Arbor Nomics suggest additional product they also explain why and show the issue. My yard has greatly improved in appearance This is a result of not only their product but also advice on how to better care for the lawn.
Arbor-Nomics is constantly checking with me about how our lawn is doing, going beyond the call of duty to make sure I'm happy. During this Covid lockdown, several delivery people have mentioned that our yard is the best they have seen. Arbor-Nomics has done a wonderful job.
My North Druid Hills yard is looking better now that I ve changed from another popular lawn treatment company to Arbornomics. Keith is the person who treats it every time so he is familiar with the issues here and he is very responsive to texts. Looked far and wide for a lawn service in Atlanta , and I'm so glad I landed on Arbor-Nomics. They helped me put together a plan that would help me get to my goals, were patient as I asked a thousand questions, and most importantly, were incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I call for a service, they are responsive, and it's clear they care about their customers. So far it's been true what they advertise - all I have to do is mow and irrigate, and they take care of everything else.
Arbornomics is the ONLY company I ve used (12 of 27 years) that can be relied upon to take care of my zoysia turf, my 220 azaleas, and my ornamental trees. They are the very best.

I have been a customer of Arbor- Nomics for over 30 years. I have moved three times and each time I call Arbor-Nomics to service my lawn, bushes and trees. The technicians, customer service and care of my property are excellent. If I ever have a problem they respond quickly and solve the issue. I highly recommend Arbor-Nomics to anyone who wants great service and a beautiful yard.
Significant trouble spots in ornamentals. Appears fungus is the issue. Has gone undiagnosed for months. SHOULD have been managed at the outset. When trying to get help, most phone calls went unreturned. When they did show up, said "root rot" to be the issue. A gent from Pike nurseries laughed at them. If you want knowledgeable people, stay away from this group.
Our lawn has never looked better- this company has been wonderful to work with, very reasonable in cost and offers an overall great customer service experience.

After having a brand new bermuda lawn installed, I needed a lawn company that could keep the weeds from growing but also not damage the new sod. This company was recommended to me by a master gardener. I've only had service 6 months and don't have any real complaints regarding their regular service. I was very disappointed though when I requested follow-up service due to nutshedge. I was told that treatment for that weed is not included in my price and there would be an additional charge of $60. While they tout they will re-treat as required, I wonder now how many times I will be told that it's not included. I've never had this issue with any other lawn care company and am not at all happy about it.
I was very satisfied with my experience with the crew that came and removed a tree and trimmed two trees without disturbing the azaleas underneath. They cleaned up everything and you would not even they had been here!
We worked for years on our yard and what Arbor-Nomics has done in just a few short months has made all the difference in the world. We have lived at our current address since 1988 and have tried a number of different turf management companies. Our front grass is on a hill and subject to a fair amount of shade in places but it can dry out quickly in hot weather. A number of companies struggled with controlling weeds and maintaining a healthy lawn. In April 2015 I contracted with Arbor-Nomics and have been very pleased with their service. Employees, from managers to technicians, are professional, responsive and very reliable. I have been very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking for a turf management company.
We ve been a customer of Arbornomics for several years. As usual the tech calls ahead and says he will be there a day ahead so we can unlock our gate and keep our dogs inside. And as usual the tech does not show up, does not call and when I call him there is no answer and a recording saying this voicemail has not been set up I m done with them and can not recommend their service.
Excellent service. Pricing is very reasonable and our lawn looks great. It s so much easier to let them fertilize than to try to figure out what to buy and do it on my own.
Used them this year. They are friendly but my yard looks the worst its has ever been since I bought my home 14 years ago. Many brown spots and dead spots. I cancelled my service.

This is a great company. I have lived in the Hickory Flat area for over 12 years. I must have tried 7 companies. NONE of them compare to the way my lawn looks now. They've done a great job and I will stick with them and sing their praises. When they took over the lawn it was it terribly shape and thin. We had a 50 Bermuda and 50 Fescue with a full sun lawn. They had their job cut out for them. They've been really good though and it's so nice when you really do see a difference. Anytime I've had additional issues they come out and treat. Sometimes there is a fee but seriously if they get the job done I don't care.
Before I called Arbor-Nomics I struggled with my lawn. Weeds,weeds and more weeds!!! I finally admitted defeat and called the Pros!! Now my lawn is treated on a schedule and price that works for me and my lawn looks great!! I am very happy with the products,services, and staff at Arbor-Nomics. They are genrally responsive overall and the service has been mostly effective. My reason for 4 star is I feel the on-site technician could take a little extra time to ensure coverage to the edges. The application always looks rushed.
I have had this service for over 2 years and my lawn has never looks worse ever since they started treating it. I had other family members that used them as well and has had the same issues. I had more weeds this spring and last than any other yard on my street and was told it was treated properly. I asked to stop my service due to poor service and was told it was not their issue and that they needed more time.
I switched to another company 4 months ago and could not be happier. My lawn looks better in 4 months than when Arbor-Nomics treated it for over 2 years.
We've been using Arbor-Nomics for over three years and haven't had any problems. Grass looks good (we have two kinds so it's tricky) and our shrubs are doing even better. We've even had their Tree Care guys come out a few times to trim limbs. Great company, highly recommended.
I have read most of all your negative reviews and not your positive ones as I get a better point of view from unhappy customers. As there seems to be some mix up in the services from two similar named companies, I cannot determine which ones are the poor service noted. Your reply's to the comments appear cordial and forgiving, but not reconciling the situations. I now hesitate to call for a quote on my rather large area of weeds in non grassy areas only. The chemicals you appear to use seem inappropriate and non effective. How can I hire you and feel confident you will kill the weeds? How many applications are required? I have used GLYPHOSATE 5.4 ALLGARE in a two gallon sprayer , but my property is just too big for me to handle and mostly pine straw covered. No grass areas would need treatment. About .8 acres total less non needed areas of about .5 acres of house and grassy yard.

We had problems with annual bluegrass not dealt with by the previous service provider. Arbor-Nomics came in and were able to remove most of this - it only remains around the edges. Today I observed the technician laying down the pre-emergent. He only treated the center of the lawn and areas close to the truck - explaining why the weeds remain at the edges! Otherwise, this is one of the best lawn service companies I have had.
I am very happy using this guys so far. They take care of my Zoycia at front yard and Fescue at back yard. Zoycia were full of weeds this spring but then it all came back to clean and green now two months after Arbor-Nomics started the treatment. Whenever I send an email with questions, they response right away with detailed answer. Strongly recommend!
2nd Update: Promise met. I'm happy to see Arbor-Nomics work on their promise today. I hope that things will get better soon.
Update: I have been contacted by Arbornomics and we are working towards a solution. I have been pleased with the response so far. Will continue to update.
Initial 1 Star Review: The application is not working. Weeds are still growing. Haven't the technician since his last visit on 03/08/19.
Despite hiring this company to treat my lawn and landscaping, my lawn is full of weeds and plants are covered with sooty mold. The company's response to my inquiry about eliminating weeds was the option to purchase an additional series of weed treatments that costs $40 each (a separate service/cost from the weed control they were supposedly already doing and charging me to complete).
This means their business model incents technicians to not treat lawns properly in order to upsell services. Essentially this company makes more money for NOT doing their job.
Hired Arbor-Nomics because they send qualified, trained service people who make sure our entire yard is treated with the correct application. Yard has never looked better.
Arbor-Nomics is awesome. They are very professional. They do a great job. They keep up with the service and with the condition of your yard. They answer all of your questions. If something is not working, they will try something else. Our yard has never looked this good.

Since changing to Arbor-Nomics Turf 2 seasons ago, our yard has been virtually weed free which is 180 degrees from the prior service was! Very pleased with their service and the personnel!
Our lawn looks great after having Arbor-Nomics for the past year. Kevin keeps me informed about what he is doing on each visit and of any issues he sees. Past services we used were not as proactive in treatments. The customer service has been excellent.
They came to my house unannounced several times, performed services that I did NOT request or agree to and then threatened me when I refused to pay my bill. Their customer service is non existent. Extremely rude and difficult people to work with.
In September of 2018, our property suffered a catastrophic disaster from an application of an herbicide by one of the new technicians that worked for Arbor-Nomics. We had been doing business with them for many years but shortly after that application we began that everything that application touched was starting to turn brown and die. I immediately called Arbor-Nomics to ask for their help and was informed that I was not the only one who had the same misapplication with the same result. Doug Cash immediately came over and announced that they as a company would do everything in their power to correct the issue no matter the cost. Considering it was the fall of that year and some of the plants we wouldn t know the effect of the misapplication until this past Spring I was more than happy to give him a chance, reluctantly. I can say that Doug took every call, responded to ever message and supplied for and paid for every plant that needed to be replaced. I was so impressed by his customer service that I swore he d have my continued business should this continue. I am happy to report that here we are 1.5 years after this terrible mistake and in many ways the property looks better than it did before the mishap. Arbor-Nomics and their team worked overtime on our issue. They completely understand the meaning of customer service and will go out of their way to do as they committed to do. A big thank you to Doug Cash, V.P. Arbor-Nomics for your efforts. To Nick Grosse of LBN Services for your help in replanting and replacing lost plants and ideas on replacements and to Rick Smith, owner of The Pruning Guru for your attention to detail and help in figuring out what had happened. I'm very pleased with the services we've received so far. We've had the same representative since our second application. He's always willing to explain what's being applied, etc. He also stopped by to apply some specific weed application [with good results], and there was no additional charge.
We had been using another lawn care company for years, but after spending a small fortune re-sodding our yard, we noticed that weeds were slowly taking over. Our old company only came on the regular schedule, and did not take the time to assess or recommend additional treatments that we needed or point out issues we were having.
