Update 3/2106. Got a call next day from Doug Cash. He was terrific. Provided information needed and appreciated reflection on issue I had with customer service. I am continuing as a customer of Arbor-Nomics. I feel confident that if an issue arises in the future, I can always reach out to Doug for a positive resolution. I recommend them for dedicated and customer concerned lawn care! KP Cancelled my service today after being a customer for almost 20 years. They direct bill my credit card. My account says to call and leave a message before treatment, or at least it used to. In reviewing my credit card, I found a charge on 2/3/16 another on 2/16/16, and then a treatment notice on the porch yesterday 3/17/16. Three treatments in 30 days. No call. I used to also get an email receipt. Nothing. No call. No receipt. When I called to say I wanted my service cancelled due to 3 credit card charges in 30 day, I got no explanation. No offer an an explanation. Just, "Ok, I have cancelled it." When I asked if there was anything else she wished to say, she said she could have the manager call me, and stated that there was nothing she could tell me. No customer service. No offer to investigate to see what services were performed and why there were 3 in 30 days. No offer to make any sort of restitution to keep my account. No customer service whatsoever.
