Brandon has been great. Grass and plants never looked better

I have used all the other turf cos and Arbornomics is orders of magnitude better than the rest. They are responsive to my needs and very customer friendly.

Used them for many years. The lawn used to look pretty good but has gone downhill in recent years with constant weeds. Managers never called me back about it.

As a customer for almost four years, my experiences with Arbor-Nomics Turf has been great! Cost-effective services, excellent customer-care, professional, knowledgeable resources and technicians. I also appreciate the educational and informative newsletter that they provide customers. I highly recommend their services!

Update on our treatment. Arbor Comics has been coming out to fix out issues with the weeds. We are seeing a big improvement since then. We also raised our lawnmower blade a little higher. We appreciate all the efforts to correct the issues

We have used Arbor-Nomics for 2 years now. The first year all the weeds we covered this year the program changed and nutsedge is not covered in their basic program along with a few other weeds I have in my grass. Now I need to upgrade to have them treated. We are now taking that treatment on ourselves. This may be out last year with them for service.

A customer service nightmare that will only end when I cancel my service, I guess. An entire season of chasing down service techs to find out when service would be delivered, securing dogs indoors so applications could be completed when promised only to have the tech be a no-show, and finally today the tech showing up with no invoice, no gate code and not texting ahead of the visit when requested in a phone call that took place just hours earlier. Who are these other lucky customers that get service worthy of 5-star reviews?

Watch out!
They water down their chemicals and thus barely work.
I have constant weeds. I am convinced I could do the same or better
with 4 treatments of Scotts per year in lieu of 7-8 treatments of junk.
My neighbors using Tru-Green have very nice lawns.
The owner Dick Bare and VP Doug Cash are both rude good old boy Georgia rednecks.

Arbor-Nomics is the best out there. They are always professional and make my yard the envy of all the neighbors.

Skilled professionals in the turf/lawncare/landscaping industry. Large enough amount of equipment and staff to complete the requirements in a timely manner.

The best lawn care firm ever!! They are extremely nice and very careful to take care your lawn. You can reach them via phone, text and email. They will come and treat the lawn in between your regular visits, if there is a need. They are very affordable and customer service is superb. Byron and Chris are great and very friendly. Honest people, honest company. They make us valuable as customers. We will never use any other service.

After a year of treatments, the grass looked progressively worse...I told management about it...they had a crew come over and replaced the lawn with sod at no cost and did the first post sodding treatment at no charge...the lawn's beautiful now. Thanks Arbor Nomics!

So far they have been the best lawn care service we've had. We have problems every year with weed control but they seem to be managing it the best. Great newsletter with your service tickets with good info.

I have been a customer of Abror-Nomics over 4 years, this company truly cares for it's customer, they do truly apply knowledge.
I bought our house 4 years ago and the lawn was all weed, Arbor-Nomics Team under leadership of Greg Johnson has made me a customer for life.
There has not been any phone call from us that was not responded by Greg and his team in less than 90 minutes.

They do great work. However, it took some time for us to get on the same page. They came out for several months and I saw little results in getting rid of weeds. At +$100 each treatment that is not what I wanted to see but I tried to be patient. Finally had a talk with the tech about only wanting bermuda and wanting everything else dead. They did 3 grassy weed treatments and all weeds were dead...Super fast results once push came to shove about me not being happy with results. They could have been more prescriptive from the start instead of just showing up to do standard lawn health sprays. Make sure you talk with your tech about exactly what you want out of them from the start

Update: Got a new tech and told them I wanted grassy weed treatments. They insisted on preemergent in addition so I held off on grassy weed to see if I did in fact need it (it knocked all weeds out year before.) Tons of weeds have come up... Asked them to start grassy weed treatment on next application. Showed up while I was home and I asked if they were there to do grassy weed as requested and was told there was a little in this application but we will start it next time. Soooo basically just got charged another $110 for something that clearly isn't working.
Continuation of bad communication. It is clear that I have HUGE clumps of weeds and they seem to be just fine with it. I am not. Fix this.

They take care of the customer. I have had small issues with the service, but they will gladly come by again to fix it without a fuss.

Corey does an excellent job maintaining my lawn and it looks better than it has in years. He is very thorough with a pleasant personality. No weeds, green grass. I ve used many other lawn services for fertilizer and weed control and my experience is they all put down the same chemicals and the only difference is the technician applying the chemicals. Corey is the best.

Jim always takes the time to speak to me about my lawn and explain what he is applying that day. He is very professional and easy to deal with.

I like the way my service tech calls the day before so I can coordinate mowing the lawn before they come. Good folks to work with!

Cancelled my service after 3 years using them . The owner/manager came to my house as i called complaint was they did not do my back lawn and moss now growing in the front yard . The manager/owner was very very rude and would not resolve the issue, all he could do was brag on how he has been in the business for 30 years and i do not know what i am talking about ,, well i know you just lost a customer , i had to choose a star to rate or i could not post otherwise zero star rating would be it.

This is the 2nd house where I have used Arbor-Nomics. Lived in my old house 10 years and Arbor-Nomics serviced my house for at least 6 of those years. Without a doubt I had the best looking green thick grass & weed free yard in the neighborhood. As a matter of fact both of my neighbors (on each side of me) were so impressed by Arbor-Nomics service, they became clients as well.

I have since downsized to a smaller home & have recently started the yard service. I know it's not going to happen overnight, but I can truly say, speaking from experience, I again am sure to have the best looking green thick grass & weed free yard in my new neighborhood.

Good quality service, always on time and a decent value. I wish they would pay a little more attention to actively growing weeds when they visit instead of me having to call them back out to address these situations.

I ve been a customer of Arbor-Nomics for a few years but I have to take a moment and give them a shoutout today. I think you only get to know your service provider when you have a problem. My yard isn t looking as great as it normally does so I put in a service request via the website. Imagine my surprise when the actual technician (Josh) called me to discuss the problem and discuss a remediation plan! It was great to hear and understand the issues, plus his honesty about what the treatment might or might not do - full transparency. In a world of chat bots and automated telephone systems, it s refreshing to have this kind of personal attention and this is the reason you should go with smaller companies like this.

The technicians have been professional, friendly and educational. After a year, I ve seen exceptional results and am able to experience a beautiful lawn.

These folks do a great job. The fellow who does the application was knowledgeable about what he was applying and how it would affect my particular lawn.

After owning multiple homes over the past 20 years, I have used a number of lawn treatment services. I have found Arbor-nomics the best to work with, by far. Most of my lawn looks great and we are working collaboratively to figure out solutions to treat the tough area in the backyard with shade.

Most importantly (as compared to their competition I have used in the past) the people working at the company communicate effectively and honor their commitments. I ve used several others that were unsatisfactory. Many of my neighbors have Arbor-Nomics and with their references I switched about 2 yrs ago for my home plus rental house. Very happy with a quality job . They don't take shortcuts

Worst decision i could have ever made. Their treatments kill more grass than it does weeds. Will more than likely need to resod my erring lawn now and I have the worst lawn in my neighborhood. Extremely embarrassing.

Jon, my lawn technician is awesome. Whenever I need a question answered he has a great solution for me and lets me know what I can do to keep my yard looking great all year round. Been using Arbor nomics for the last 10 years and have referred many neighbors as well. Will never use any other company besides you guys. Great company and love reading the newsletters.
