Bad customer service. Gave us bad diagnosis originally. And had a bolt come off a order picker but technician had to come back to fix it days later, which we had to put it on ourselves cause we needed it amongst issues. The issue was never fixed by them yet they charged us for it. Now that we have another issue, they want us to pay up first in order for repairs to be done. Because of that demand, this 1 star review is result for treating us differently for their own mistakes.
