Congratulations to the Dheedene's family and of course Sergio Herman! Beautiful location, the food was presented perfectly in the new Inku crockery. The flavors were fresh, explosive, perfectly dosed. Perfect spiciness. Afterwards you can shop at Verso a door far. Well done! Coming back soon.

Nicely decorated new occasion. Sergio was there during our lunch, which we think is a plus. Many staff in both kitchen and hall. Service was friendly and smooth. The quality was across the board, but the prices are correspondingly, count at least 125 pp for 3 courses and a modest wine. The lobster salad for 2p @ 37.5 pp could use a little more lobster. The oyster as an amuse (sharing) and the ravioli as an intermediate dish were heavenly pimped. All dishes were a feast for the eyes and palate, even the loaves, the butter and the sweets with the coffee. A new star in Antwerp.

Food, fashion, design, art and music. The five pillars of Sergio Herman's new restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole. It is the best thing in Antwerp in my opinion. The sea wolf is a must as well as the ravioli with lobster. The desserts are a delight to the palate. The cocktails very special. And thanks for the photo "Sergio" good luck.

A fantastic new address in Antwerp. The place seems small but is really huge with the bar at the front and the restaurant at the back. The finish is just 100 percent - as we can probably expect from Sergio. Very pleasant reception - we sat at the tables with a view of the kitchen - definitely recommended to ask those tables if you are 2. The dishes were delicious - a la carte - with the suggestion of a starter - pasta to share - main course. This was also an excellent idea. The wines come in all classes which is nice. So come and discover it!

This was our 2nd visit and still excited. Beautiful place where furnishings, team and service fit in nicely. This time the a la carte was replaced by a fixed menu with the toppers of the menu. Good to know that the Italian inspiration is rather "light". Nice cocktail list, nice wine selection. Small hiccups? The dishes to be shared are actually difficult to share. At the end of the evening, the focus of the ministry was somewhat lost. Anyway a must

Top, top, top! Sergio in person prepared our dishes, and this with a view of the open kitchen. Flavor bombs from start to finish. Very nice case / interior, you will not be bored for a second. Just can't beat the Jane, but we'll be back.

When I came to this restaurant, my fancy level reminded me of the time I spent with my sisters in Shanghai. The design of the London restaurant is still too...steel straight and rustic.

This restaurant has only been open for 6 weeks, and it has been a very good and popular restaurant in Antwerp, Belgium since mid-July. Because of the epidemic, everyone needs to wear masks when walking in the restaurant, but they can be taken off during meals.

There is a window position in the store where you can see the tram. The restaurant is on two floors. The inside and the outside are separated. The garden and the formal dining area are inside. However, the entrance of the restaurant is a more casual place, with an open kitchen and easy-going chatting staff. I will tell you how to make pizza and chat with you in Spanish, French, Dutch, and English.

Hospitality is what I feel most deeply in Belgium. Sending us away before leaving and beckoning until we get in the car is an act that warms me deeply.

Tiramisu tonca
Belgian desserts are all delicious. Tiramisu is very unique. This restaurant serves tiramisu and takes away a piece of the outside. The surface layer of tiramisu will flow down naturally like a fluid, which is superb The visual effects and the characteristics of the plate, the chocolate chips add a little wine taste, the sugar slices melt in the mouth, and the wine has some bitterness, which is very good.

Flatbread Zeeuwse kreeft
Zeeuwse is a sea area near the Netherlands and Belgium, where there are a lot of seafood, very fresh and delicious, most of the seafood in this restaurant comes from there. A very special pizza-like pie with some fresh fish as garnish, adding some spices, the taste is very fluffy, but the taste of seafood blooms to the extreme!

Croque Mortadella
The bread is served with sausage slices, because it looks like traditional ham slices, but mortadella is said to be a smooth Italian sausage with a unique sauce that is not greasy and delicious.

Croque Le Pristine
This dish is also a meat sauce with a bit of tomato taste on the bottom of crisp bread, and the surface spices are very good!

The following four cups are all wines or beverages. If you don t understand the wine, you can simply describe whether you want a fruity taste, a sweet and sour taste, or a lower alcohol content. They will recommend the great special!

Krabroll
It is amazing. Krab is also from the sea at the junction of Belgium and the Netherlands. The entrance is fresh, the crab meat is very tender, and the bread is a bit garlicky and crispy. It is wonderful with different taste levels of hot and cold.

Two kinds of oysters with different flavors, one with Swedish sauce and tomato sauce, the freshness is sour, and the salty taste of oysters is also well solved.
Another flavor is paired with citrus, with full orange scent!

In short, it is a restaurant that feels impeccable from the design of the store to the attitude of the service. It is too small to do, and I really want to keep it private [haha]

Ordered takeaway directly via the restaurant website. Cheaper than deliveroo. The duck confit rigatoni was a pure delight, so was the king crab artisanal pizza, though it was drenched in olive oil (in a good way lol). Decent portions (for a slender female lol). The pickup process was a bit chaotic though. Anyway, it s great to be able to enjoy these dishes at home during corona!

The other week I tried more dishes. Both the seafood and ragu pasta tasted good as expected. The seafood pasta had four mussels, one red shrimp and some more mini shrimps. The sauce could have been thicker and flavourful but I found it satisfactory. Tiramisu (11euro) is perhaps the most expensive takeaway tiramisu i have ever tasted. It was delicious. The runny texture of mascarpone cream (because it was placed next to warm food?) and the crystallised bits set it apart from the others.

I also tried pasta carbonara with squid but a different kind of pasta (not my favourite ) was used (not the one featured in the online menu). The taste is okay but a bit on the salty side

Again such a concept restaurant of which we have already had plenty of excellent care in Antwerp and a beautiful setting that you clearly pay with and now you would think a chef in the kitchen. But no, a pre-baked menu card by a top chef who is not in the kitchen himself. Then you get a performance without ambition or depth, unity sausage. For me, this place may be heaped on the Jane, De Augustin and Fiera. All top beautiful frame style audience you have seen me but what you get on your plate is without feeling or real cooking.
