Unprofessional, unresponsive and bad customer service. the worst courier ever over the world. save your efforts and pay a little bit more and go with other couriers who respect their customers.

Unfortunately, a consignment arrived at the interviewers office while the address is in Zarqa, and we contacted them for 3 days to transfer the message to my address in Zarqa, to no avail, but they asked me to collect it from the interviewers

My packaged arrived in the country on the 15 of May. Today is the 1st of June. I still dont have my package. Everyday Im told it will be delieved today, but nothing arrives. Everyone I have spoken to has lied to me. Nothing they say can be trusted. Worst company every. I didnt have a choice when I purchased an Item. never again.

Very poor services, not organized, not systemized and over priced, I just have to use their services no other options otherwise I would never use them
