Lovely traditional hotel in Bur Dubai. Staff very helpful. Welcoming place with great facilities, would love to visit again

We stayed at this hotel... and I have to say it was an amazing hotel.
Part of the old dubai with transport to all the major site...you can't go wrong. Your a stone throw away from the creak water taxis and the gold suks.
There is an exchange out side the hotel and the all you need to get you on your way. Opposite the hotel is the a small museum which tells you about dubAi.

The rooms were always clean and made up everyday

The staff and hospitality are amazing and our every need catered too.

The hotel has several on site restaurants so plenty to to choose from.

The concierge welcome guy was lovely and always hailed you a taxi.

Highly recommend this place.

In spite of the mini bar being untouched the housekeeping staff says the Pringle box was opened but not eaten. This was may be not checked or the procedure was not followed on previous checkout and I was shocked as I had not even touched the mini bar. Upon giving repeated explanation the front office staff took the guest signature on miscellaneous voucher. This is indeed a very small thing however not acceptable. Why wil a guest open n keep it and not eat it. I find this foolish.

One of the best hotel in the old city near Meena bazar coming from Courtyard. U can take the boat across to the gold souk from nearby. Shop and crash here and repeat it all over again till you are really done.

Shisha is not good but good and service and the place is amazing...please change the shisha company

Very good service at all levels, clean and pleasant

A mid sized hotel at a strategic location for shoppers. It s beside Dubai museum and bang at the starting of famous Meena Bazaar. It also houses authentic Indian restaurant which is famous to tourists. Rooms are average but the location would make you forget same. Gold Souk too is within walking distance and a ferry away across the Dubai creek.

Mumtaz Mahal one of best restaurant for Indian Mughlai cuisine

A lovely place to be. I spent a night there when connecting flights from Dubai to Accra. There's a Chinese restaurant, an English pub, and an Arabian Restaurant. Nice room service. Arranged wake up calls from the reception. Controlled room lightning from bed side. Lovely breakfast. About 15 minutes drive from DBX airport

Very good service, excellent food, professional staff!

Not that grand as expected but seems convenient if you want to do shopping in local Coz all places for shopping is nearby.

They have nice outlet and specially their Rene ladies saloon is too good

Excellent Rooms, Excellent Room Service, Excellent Food and Hospitality was Excellent. Staffs were very friendly. Definitely the best place to stay. Very near for Shopping places.

Not value for money. Checkin staff are not very accomodating. Not even a welcoming drink.

Very poor service. Complementary foods were rotten. I'm surprised for its having rated 4star hotel. Customer Service staff doesn't understand my needs of feels like the hotel management instruction to them is very strict them for cutting hotel cost down. Never refill toilet tissues daily and bath mat. Staffs seem helpless. Before flying from UK I did send email to hotel asking for more info regarding shuttle. But no answer even after 3 emails. No help for luggage help while we leaving. Really very bad standard. Do not get trap by seeing hotel 4 star rating. It's not what you expect. Charges are higher than UK's 4 star and service is like no where.

Hotel in the old part of Dubai. Unfortunately no balconies or windows to open. A little old hotel. Not quite as good as the other 4 star hotels. Bathroom also sosolala. Clean but old. Also very ring-proof rooms.
Food in the Indian restaurant was good, unfortunately I digested it all night. Although it was really tasty. 1 serving of rice is huge and is easily enough for 2. It also costs extra.

The Room was very noisy although I requested a silent room. I was charged around 50 AED more than the reservation said. Breakfast was okay. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport is for free and we'll organized. Room was tidy and clean.

Good hotel for city break in Dubai. Big bus stops opposite, metro about 700 meters away. Hotel room is quiet, service is very good. Price performance is okay.

Hotel has really good location. All the rooms are clean abd nice.
But the things I most like is the restaurant system here. Especially visitors can found the Egyptian cuisine in this place.

It wil b a nice hotel but if some one wil stay there then only are they eligible to give their best services ???? If someone doesnt stay there or just come to visit another place in the same hotel so they wont serve in a nice way ??? Today i went there and i asked place for prayer they said under construction another hotel management person said its closed .3rd person said go to Vip lounge may b u wil get space to pray .i was shocked by their stupid response. When i went to Vip lounge they said are u staying in this hotel .i said No .then they said we are not allowed to do .i think higher authorities they should take action .how can they respond in such a stupid way if some one asking them place for prayer ...i am in Dubai " the world's best city" not in some other place where people find difficulties for finding place to pray ...it was horrible how they treated a female asking for place to prayer .

Meh! Views good. Kind of. Nice location. Close to all things old Dubai but if you're there to experience the skyscrapers and things. This place aint it! Sorry.

Stayed here for 5 night as it was a convenient location. Old world middle eastern type hotel with Aladdin type dressed doorman. Located opposite Dubai Museum. Always request rooms on higher level as music from the club below is does not allow one quiet sleep

Good place to stay if working in meena bazaar. Parking difficult
