Nice experience here. Except the fact that breakfast is not good. As for the looks, the hotel is very royal and rich

Hotel facility is old , staff are good but not up to 4 star hotel , place i acceptable if you lime to be near historical place ,spa services is expensive and non-professional...you can find better place for same money value

Best hotel to stay in Dubai. Beautiful interior and best service given by the hotel. Food is also good. It's really in the heart of the city and you can visit shops of gold in walking distance. We love the location of this hotel and you can easily save your shopping time and even one day of the tour if you stay in this hotel.

I visited Mumtaz Mahal in Arabian Courtyard. It was fine dine with Indian music. Best place to hang out if anyone wants to listen old and new songs. The food was fresh, good and tasty. All my guest were happy to spend the evening in Mumtaz Mahal.

Enough hotel. Very good location to know the center of the city. Not so good location if you are looking to be in the tourist area.

An hotel in the centre of the interesting part of Dubai, opposite the fort and near the creek and souks. It has an old-fashioned feel about it, and all the better for that. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the service was cheerful and efficient. I thoroughly recommend it.

The hotel loacted infront of Dubai museum. The hotel is quite good. Food quality is excellent. Parking is a bit issue here.

I had the special offer Arabian Grill my friend had a chickpea salad. Hers was missing the advertised dill had no dressing at all so we ordeted coriander extra. Mine was simply very poor. Tomato and rice was moderately warm but meat was simply cold and tasted like someting from last week. Hummous was not of the best. Really you can get an Arabic meal many times better for a fraction of the cost.

Nice pool and gym!! Friendly and helpful staff! The toilet and hot showers are great!

Family suite room was quite spacious with a big bed room with king size bed, Large LCD TV in both bed room and sitting/ drawing room. Microwave, mini kitchenette. Other Amenities were excellent. Buffet breakfast was ok. But for Veggies limited choice, yet our family enjoyed the stay of 5 days in this hotel.

My experience second time was not as great as my first time experience. First time was great and that's why I chose to stay here second time. This time I was given a poor and noisy room on the first floor and I absolutely hated it. But they changed it to a quieter room after I complained. Room was still smaller this time and on second floor. I normally prefer higher floors. Breakfast buffet is better than average. Location is close to markets and restaurants. But pick up and drop off lane is narrow. Valet parking is available. The Indian restaurant here has awesome food and music here though. Loved the experience there.

Nice decor in hotel. On arrival they give you a welcome drink and there is Arabian tea and dates as well.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and had a mix experience. As per me pros of this hotel are: 1. Not far from Airport 20-30 mins driver, 2. Good location, in Bur Dubai and opposite Dubai Museum, and the staff is very professional and polite, even the travel desk. Now the cons are 1. Price: I paid Rs 10,000 per nigh and I feel that I could have got a better deal in similar hotels in Dubai, 2. Feed was just ok. and 3. There was no digital cable.

They hotel has everything you need at reasonable prices and you are close to the metro to get around Dubai. The doorman is an absolute blast in character.

What to say, the most splendid hotel in Bur Dubai, beautiful and historical setup with in room modern technologies. Has everything in walking proxiity, indian restaurants, dubai creek, meena bazaar, dubai museum, metro station.

Hotel was awesome for my case. Guest were treated very nicely and were housekeeping and staffs were polite and good.. Room were neat and clean. Hotel is near to city center; shopping, sightseeing, restaurants etc.

I would advise them to be little flexible and have some humanity touch regarding early check-in as flight times cannot be always adjusted according to hotel check-in time

The location of the hotel is awesome . Its right in the heart of dubai , the best place for shopping ( meena bazar ) is just next to the hotel and also the biggest textile wholesale market is right in front of the hotel . Metro is 5 min walk away .

Situated in the city centre right opposite the Dubai Museum, close to most of the main markets n the riverfront. The location makes it a perfect choice for work as well as a holiday stay. The staff is super helpful n polite , rooms well furnished n spacious, the whole interior has been done keeping in the the Arabian aesthetics which is really great. The food is good too be it Chinese or indian....and the pricing is pretty reasonable . Definitely the great value for your buck....

As a Japanese person, I was puzzled by the fact that the starting water used in the shower and washroom was brown, and it was the most deadly thing that it was repeated every day that it was repeated ...

We were well received, they speak only English, it is a good location facing the museum, we paid 3 AED and it is close to the port

The hotel ambiance is too good. The Mughal restaurant over there provided tasty foods. But, they promised to sent a cab to receive us at hotel and didn't kept the word. It's Ok, its easy to get a taxi from Dubai airport.

The hotel and stay was very comfortable breakfast was really nice and had a lot of options. They have 4 kinds of restaurants which have different kinds of food options and if one is tired can have the really nice view and food inside of hotel. The location of the hotel is also very convenient and the view of Museum of Dubai makes it visible for everyone. Staff is very polite and cortious they are ready to guide you with all smile and with warmth. Metro is nearby and easily accessible. It is totally worth a place and money.

In the old town of Dubai. Reasonably priced with large sized rooms. I didn't receive the same level of service as I had in other Dubai hotels.

Very nice hotel well located in the Old Town of Dubai. Only 20 mins by cab if you want the glitz of the Burj Khalifa. Very neat rooms. Air con is great and staff are lovely helpful people. Several delicious eating options and only a few minutes walk from the old style Souks and river taxis. Meet the locals and working class of Dubai in the streets around the hotel. Good value for money without busting the budget at a fancy hotel. Who visits Dubai to sit in a hotel room anyway?

This hotel has character. Very good location for old Dubai. Staff super nice. Pool OK. Many local eating places nearby.

Parking is very difficult for this hotel, fortunately they have a very friendly VALET parking staff. The place looks very crowded. It it situated in one of the most populated area of Dubai.

Quality is worst. Mumtaz should take care of food quality.

Just opp to Dubai Museum...very near to Meena Bazar...
