Within the framework of the prominent academic role in the field of maritime transport and the development and modernization of Arab fleets and all marine activities, the idea of establishing a college for fisheries technology and aquaculture has emerged to complement the development system in various marine fields. The college aims to find a new educational path that is of utmost importance in the fisheries industry by preparing and qualifying cadres for fishing vessels to be able to deal with the latest equipment in navigation and fishing to make up for a huge shortage in this field.

This college has been my second home for nearly five years as i m an architecture student.

Aast started as a one floor building and started the expansion to a 5 story two buildings integration.

Aast has many departments starting from engineering to media and even logistics.

This place is one of 10 branches inside egypt and many more abroad.

I recommend this college for people who love close environments and a family based learning system which u get to know your Professors and TA s.

A very good education. The Contents of all engineering courses are taken from worldwide universities. Many exams and tasks are required from the students to assess them accurately and improve their way in dealing with pressure. The Academy has Accreditation from many organizations like ABET and ISO.
