on 20July,2017 I went for an interview at Bristlecone Pune which is a child company of Tech Mahindra . The interview was scheduled at 3:00pm but I went early as the office was around 20kms away from my place and reached there at 2:40pm. I was told to wait for sometime and the wait was so long that I was the last female to get interviewed. I told the person in charge of the interviews that my home is really far away but still he gave preference to a person who belonged to Pune who had come after me for the interview . The interview was telephonic so when my interview was about to start the interview incharge had to beg the interviewer who had gone for a break that too at 8:00pm. I was the only person sitting in their office. This annoyed me so much that my interview got ruined. I don't know what the company policy is regarding female safety but the experience was very bad 6 hours is really long time. I would never go for interview at Bristlecone or Tech mahindra

This company is fraudulent. They'll call for interview and then won't offer as they can't pay what was agreed earlier.

Waited long for interview and took 15 minutes for interview.

Best supply chain consulting company. Amazing work culture. Good place to work at. Bristlecone is a part of Mahindra group and is headquarterd at San Jose, California, US. Company offers tech solutions like Oracle, S/4 Hana, SAP, to name a few.

Been to Bristlecone India Limited as a finance auditor of the company, so I don't have much idea about the work culture. This is a big multinational company having operations in over 10 countries.

It is an IT company sepcially works on Electronic data interchange (EDI) and integrated supply chain managment.

Worst company to work.. Specially Java Team or Software Development department.. No process, No management, Bossii Ruled, ab tak ki sabse ghatiya company in Software Industry.. Worst politics.. between South Indians and North Indians management people.. but good for SAP..

Hiring process is faster but cut off is high for aptitude test. Big space and supportive and helping people.

Nice place good ambience, nice view of golf course from terrace, very lovely and scenic in monsoon
