I would have given this experience a 5 star becaus...

I would have given this experience a 5 star because my 3 kids absolutely loved it...however I just called the lodge to book another stay because some descrepency with the rates changing on a daily basis on the website. I found this strange to begin with. Upon calling, I was tranferred to reservations but hung up on maybe accidentally. Called back..front desk transferred to reservations again. Call went back to front desk ...tried again. Finally someone at front desk said they cant do anything about it if no one answers at the Reservations desk. WOW. They just lost a family of returning guests. Im planning another destination for my family. Sorry Camelback but that one bad customer service rep just lost the resort a family of returning guests. Seems like she couldnt have cared less.
