The staff is always so friendly here! My boyfriend and I go at least once a year (usually for our anniversary) for a couples massage that they've never failed us!

If you have the right masseuse your worries will be washed away. after a lovely massage you can go into the wash area into their lovely steam room. The best day ever...

I ve been going to this place for about 2 years now. I get facials, and every now and then massages. My skin has improved remarkably, considering my skin sucks. Emily is the best. The few times I have had my massages they were amazing, i usually fall asleep- which is a great sign.

Very relaxing day at Aqua! I am from Miami but was in town visiting family and I was given a full spa day as my Valentines day gift. It included Mani & Pedi, facial and 60 minute massage. When the Spa called to confirm my appointment, they told me they didn't do dip powder for nails and that is what I typically do so I asked if I could substitute the mani for anything else, at which point he advised that I could change my manicure and extend my massage to 90 minute. Very accommodating! at check out they then told me I had a balance of $30 for the difference. This wasn't something that was said to me over the phone so I did express, as constructive feed back, that they should tell the costumer that there is a difference in price to extend your massage versus the cost of the mani, specially when they are coming with gift cards all paid for. Manager over heard and she immediately told front desk to scratch the $30 and said to me "We just want you to be happy". Talk about costumer service! As far as the services, all the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Aqua pedicure was amazing, and the massage is one of the best I've ever had. I really mean that. Jeremy applied just the right amount of pressure and got rid of all my knots. Didn't walk out sore. I was feeling extremely relaxed and recharged. Being from Miami where there are so many spas and services, I can be a bit picky but Aqua the Day Spa absolutely met all of my pickiness. Thank you so much for such great experience.

Aqua the Day Spa is my favorite place to go for a facial or massage. The staff is always so kind and recognizes me as soon as I walk in. I go see Paige for my facial, waxing and skincare needs and she is always so sweet and bubbly and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Aqua to anyone.

I had a great experience at Aqua the Day Spa. Susie did my facial and was outstanding. All of the other services were great and the staff was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be going back, especially for the age defying facial.

My massage was given by Jeremy, my facial was performed by Emily, and my manicure and pedicure was by Lisa. I highly recommend all of them!

They have the BEST and most cozy pajamas, jewelry and products ever!! My last hydro facial was not only amazing but I was struggling with breakouts and my esthetician recommended a product that has completely saved my skin! Love Aqua and all employees :)

I was very disappointed of the services. I booked my appointment for hot stone massage, but received a deep tissue. I inform the clerk at the desk and her response "SORRY". I am very big on customer services, and the entire experience was awful from hitting the front door to paying for the services.

All the staff is so nice and inviting! Harrison was able to accommodate my group of girls last minute when we had to cancel my bachelorette trip! So so awesome. The Swedish massage is the best I have ever had and all my other girls loved their treatments they got as well! Will be returning back!!!

My experience was amazing! I have never had a professional massage and didn't really know what to expect. I had been having extreme shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day at work. The Relaxenergy massage was recommended to me by my co-worker. I made an appt with Kayla and she did a wonderful job. She made everything very comfortable and everything was so relaxing.

I have been going to Aqua for 3+ years now and love it! I have been to spas around the globe but Paige's facials are the best I've ever had and leave my skin feeling absolutely fantastic. Oh, and she can quickly work miracles with some hot wax too! From the Relaxation Room with fresh beverages and THE MOST comfortable chairs ever, to the Locker Room with all the amenities, to the friendly staff that always call me by name, I highly recommend this place!!!

I've always been terrified of getting a spray tan and looking orange. However, I got my first one from Aqua this past week, and it was a game changer. It looked so natural, and never once did it come off splotchy either. I was so impressed by how amazing it looked! I'm going back to them for any and all spray tans from now on. They have excellent service, and talked me through what color spray tan would look best with my skin tone, etc. I've always gone here for my waxes, but now I will be adding spray tans from Aqua to the list!

Today was my first time receiving massage therapy at Aqua the Day Spa and I enjoyed it! From checking in and throughout my time there, I was made to feel welcomed. I was also impressed with the precautionary measures in place to aid in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Alicia, my masseuse, made sure to explain everything to me and was amazing! I ll definitely be back again.

Scheduled massages a week in advance, but was cancelled due to a sick staff member which was totally understood. However, the staff was not helpful at all for trying to reschedule nor did they seem to care. We ultimately completely cancelled and will be looking for some where new. Customer service is key, and this place has none.

Jeremy was the best therapist I ve had. Very professional and just the right pressure. He checked in a few times to make sure pressure was right. Jeremy got my back pain gone. Highly recommend.

Nice and friendly staff. I didn t have to wait at all. The facial I received was nice. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. I had a gift card from the establishment and was told I couldn t purchase products; gift cards are for services only. What s the purpose of gift cards? If I have a Starbucks gift card, I can purchase a latte from them. Aqua Day Spa, the purpose of buying your gift cards are to purchase your items. Definitely will not be returning. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS!!

Aqua The Day Spa is the only place I will get a massage. I would recommend them to anyone!! I also have got to comment to a review with a one star rating. JOHN is an excellent massage therapist as well has professional! I was actually unable to book him last time because he is so booked!! Thank you to all employees!

OMGosh!!! I wish I would have found out about this spa sooner but I am so glad I found it in time! Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked into the spa until the time I left was nothing short of an amazing and relaxing time! Cam was so professional and her hands have been Blessed by God himself! I felt so relaxed after my prenatal massage! My son even kicked and moved around during the massage...LOL! She massaged every pressure point and my lower back feels sooooooo much better now! Thank you so much and I have already scheduled my next appointment for a prenatal massage!

I absolutely love Aqua. I go every other week. Paige takes great care of my skin and will do anything I need. Have also had massages and hydro facials. The desk staff is so friendly and helpful and always call me by name. From the walk into the front door until the walk out you are pampered and able to relax. I can honestly give it my unequivocal best spa rating. Do your self a favor and get one of their great services to treat yourself!

Staff is very professional and welcoming. Went for a Swedish relaxation massage - the room had aromatherapy, dim lighting, a waterfall sound machine, and relaxing music (ALL at the perfect amount and volume). I will definitely go back!

My experience today with the schedulers was absolutely AWFUL!!!
I admitted to the clerk that I had missed my previous appointment due to an honest mistake, I forgot. She said they tried to call but couldn't get through, so they didn't leave a message. Long story short, she just went on an on about how I had missed my appointment and how that made them lose money, bla, bla, bla.....
I don't know what bothered me the most, the fact that she repeated herself at least 10 times, the way she was patronizing me or the way she was being plain rude and obnoxiously disrespectful.

I have been to the best Spas in Chicago, Las Vegas and New York, I know how a customer should be treated at a spa, THEY DON'T!!!
These clerks have no clue what customer service is about, they don't respect the clients, and especially the one today was the meanest, rudest, inconsiderate employee EVER!!!!

Needless to say, I cancelled today's appointments and will NEVER return to this establishment ever again!!!

I got the hydrafacial because it was recommend by one of the ladies that works there. It made a big difference on my face with just one treatment. I had alot of dead skin and acne. I'm going back for more facials to get even more better results. The good thing about it is if you choose a facial and they feel that it won't benefit u they will tell u which facial will.

Absolutely love coming here!! Front desk receptionists are nice but most importantly Ms. Suzy! She has learned my skin and has been giving me tips and tricks on how to cure my awful acne and after only TWO sessions with her, it cleared up. My goal was to have clear skin by graduation and she gave me that!! So thankful for her and can t wait to see her again soon.

A friend and I went to have facials done here. It was the first time for the both of us. We absolutely loved it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facial was amazing. We are definitely going back soon for another facial and a massage!

Worst waste of time and money ever. Inexperienced masseuse of you can ca him a masseuse.
He could not do simple techniques or even concentrate on areas I requested. It appeared that he did not want to do my case or even touch me. This guy Joe or John was not a real masseuse. I really needed the therapy and ended up with just a waste.

We had a very disappointing experience today. I booked a party for 6 girls for a bachelorette party and confirmed all details 2 days before. We arrived and they had cancelled my massage, unfortunately they had booked out my spot and had no other time to offer. The response from management was an apology and they offered to let me do a pedicure instead. I felt like that was an adequate substitute however they never gave me the pedicure! In the end they waived the cost of my manicure but it was extremely disappointing to coordinate a party, pay for the Bride and not be able to participate because the staff took me off the schedule.

Our nail techs seemed rushed and not happy to be there. There was so much staff but no one could seem to help you and it was so disorganized.

I would not normally write a review for a simple mistake but another girl in our group also had her appt removed and they threatened to charge her a cancellation fee until she escalated it to the manager.

I loved the staff at aqua. They were all kind and welcoming and the quiet room where you wait for your appointment to get started is wonderful and so relaxing!! Paige did my eyelash extensions for my wedding and she did an amazing job! She went over the initial after care with me before and after my service and made sure we were on the same page of how I wanted them to look before getting started! They looked perfect on my big day and I can not say enough good things about her or my experience with Aqua and will definitely be recommending them from now on!

I had a facial and dermaplaning with Caroline at Aqua. Probably the best facial I've ever had. It was so peaceful and my skin looks great! I would highly recommend her - she really has a gift!

I took my grand daughter for her first massage so I wanted it to be perfect, it was just that and more. The staff was friendly and professional. Our massage therapists were the best. We finished off with the sauna and a wonderful hot shower and trip to the gift shop.!! Definitely going back!!

The entrance is grand. Ambience is good, but the furniture is worn and the sheets are dingy. Need to renovate some. My technician for waxing was unfriendly and she was not thorough. Nail tech was super, but pedicure is already chipping.

Person answering the phone Is very unprofessional and doesn t need to be doing so cause that made me not want to set foot in a place like this! If I am spending my hard earn money or even if someone else bought a gift card and gave to me I would like the same respect you would want from me! My day was totally ruin when I call there to make an appointment!

I think the place is very nice, and clean. They check your temperature when you enter and a mask is required to enter. I felt perfectly safe to be there. The ladies were all very nice from the front desk to my masseuse. Their store has a lot of great products to shop, too!

THE BEST place in town for spa services. I'm always greeted with a friendly face and the staff are all professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Whether it's a facial, lash tint, massage or manicure, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The services are excellent! I particularly love their manicure and pedicure services and the wonderful, relaxing ambiance. And for gifts or to treat myself, I always go to Aqua. They have some wonderful items for sale.

My husband and I are both in medical school and went to get massages to relax after the year. Our massages were both extremely well done (Dorothy did mine), the whole staff was so sweet and professional, and the atmosphere was tranquil and decompressing. Highly recommend!

It was my first massage and it was horrible. He stayed on my shoulders the entire time even after he asked me where I wanted him to massage and I said my mid back. It was supposed to be a relaxing and I woke up the next day with bruises on my shoulders. I wont be going back.

Justin gave me a gift card to Aqua for Christmas and it was super easy to call and schedule services. Everything is so nice and clean inside. They were taking temps and screening for covid.

I had a hyrdafacial with Caroline , and it was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this service with her. She was kind and informative. She talked just enough to let me know what she was doing but not to ruin the serene atmosphere. It was so relaxing and felt so good ! I was having a breakout/reaction and Caroline assured me that she used creams that should help clear everything up. She was right! Within a few days my face was cleared up and glowing for a week!

I have my next hyrdafacial scheduled already!

Simply put, I love this place. Even on a busy day, the front desk was extremely accommodating and was able to fit me in for a massage. I ve had uncomfortable experiences at other facilities in the past, so Aqua was a big sigh of relief. The whole experience was stress free and relaxing, as a massage should be. I ll definitely be back soon.

I was visiting Madison and my family gave me a gift card to use in this spa. I got the Essentials facial, and it was amazing.... I ll come back again.

I recently purchased my wife a gift card from Aqua. She recently came in and received services for her birthday. I was a little uneasy at first, because her Massage Therapist was a male, and my wife is a very modest lady. However, that concern is no longer an issue, because she hasn't stopped singing his praises since she left. She stated that this was by far the best massage session that she has ever had. She said that this young man Jeremy was one of the most professional Therapist ever, and that the techniques and pressure he used during the session was perfect for her, and that his personality alone, made her comfortable and she was very relaxed. Needless to say, my buddies are mad at me, because she has been bragging to their wives, and now they are having to buy gift cards to Aqua for their wives. Thanks Jeremy, I think your name has been discussed recently among our wives more than our own.

I got an hour massage last weekend and it was amazing. My therapist was attentive and helped relieve several knots. I ve had pedicures here before and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm.

I decided to spend my birthday receiving a massage and facial at Aqua Day spa. Best decision I ve ever made!

Was not pleased with my massage therapist. Not sure if he even knows where pressure points are. My back and arms hurt so bad because he had no idea what he was doing. Wanted relaxation not deep tissue. Not pleased at all with Jeremy.

Never has time for me. I am a busy person, I dont know what I am doing 3 weeks from now at 1:30pm.

The facility is very clean. I go for underarm and Brazilian waxing with Paige who is amazing. You can tell she enjoys her job. She greets you kindly and with a smile from the time you step out of the relaxation area until you check out at the front desk. She is also very patient and she takes her time with you. She makes the pain feel minimum and she shows concern about your after care so you won't experience those ugly ingrown hairs on your freshly waxed skin. I never thought I would continue with waxing...I thought it would be a one time experience, but I absolutely love the results which out weigh the small amount of discomfort you experience. If you're tired of ugly under arms from shaving and razor bumps on your girl down downstairs...I definitely recommend this place and Paige! She's awesome! :)

Fantastic massage and experience...once again! I cannot say enough good things about Aqua...this spa truly never disappoints. Danielle is a healer and always makes my back and sciatica feel better. The relaxation room is spot on tea selection is the best around. Having a steam room at a spa is really a luxurious addition-I love to use it before my massage-such a treat! And don t get me started on the products in the shower area...I always leave smelling and feeling like a Million. Thanks Aqua and Susan...keep doing what you re doing, because you re doing it exceptionally well!

I loved this spa. It smelled good. Everything was very clean. My esthetician, Rachel, was very friendly and did a fantastic job. She informed me of what was going on and gave me tips on how to care for wax after wards. Very good service.

I had a great experience at Aqua the Day Spa on Monday April 24, 2017. I went in for a massage and facial. The massage was really one of the best ones I've ever had. She was great! The facial was very nice too. The only issue I had was the 45 minute wait in between the services. My appointments were for 2 and 3. The facial didn't start until 3:45 and caused me to be late to pick up my children. There was never an explanation and it was not addressed by the staff. Not sure what was going on. Great services, but scheduling needs to be addressed.

Quiet, soothing, no frills experience with a basic facial. Enjoyed it. Surprised the young woman didn't try to sell me products, and frankly, I might have been interested in a few. Recommend the 50-minute session.

What a wonderful and full spa experience I had at Aqua day spa! I started by having fun shopping in their great boutique in the front. It is a beautiful spa with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I had the signature facial with demaplane. Emily my esthetician was great and informative of my skin and its condition. When I left my skin felt so smooth and replenished. I will definitely return and look forward to trying out other treatments they offer. They made me feel very special and were so welcoming and helpful for my first treatment. All in all I would definitely recommend Aqua Day Spa!

My first time here and I got the hydro facial and my skin is as soft if not softer than my infants hiney. If you know, you know. From the scheduling process with Harrison, to the amaaaazing facial with Suzanne Case, I can not recommend this place enough! The ladies at the front were very courteous and polite. The environment was very relaxing and the over all experience was so perfect.

First time at this spa and had a wonderful experience. I will definitely return for another treatment!

Extremely friendly and efficient staff in the front of the house. Taking temps and giving masks to make everyone feel safe and comfortable. Lisa gave me a fabulous mani and pedi in a very Nice and relaxing atmosphere.

My experience was absolutely great. The luxury facility is a wonderful place to experience. After my hour massage. I refreshed with a steam-sauna, a shower, and a warm wrap-up in their plush robe. Looking forward to my next experience.
