Out furnace went out right before Christmas weekend. Nate came and assessed the situation right away. He was kind, friendly, professional and courteous. He handled the issue in the most expeditious way. With the help of Katie at the main office, who was very responsive, professional and top on of it, we were toasty on Christmas Day. Thank you both for what would have been a horrible Christmas into another memorable year.

I had CCC come out to rework my vents and add returns to a room addition I did. Eric and John came out to do the work. I watched them the whole time and they were very passionate about making sure it was done right. I event told them to not worry about some of the stuff, but they wouldn't do the job unless it was done right and continued to do it the right way. Climate Control should be very fortunate to have such dedicated employees that want to make sure the job is done right!!!

Decent enough service - Just very expensive compared to others in the valley. $100 just to respond to your location. That fee does not include fixing your problem.

I have had Climate Control come out to my home each Fall for a number of years to check my heating system. I have the in floor heating which I absolutely love and want to be sure it is in top working order. I have always been extremely pleased with the service Climate Control gives me. The service people are always very pleasant, very knowledgeable in answering any questions I have had, and always do a very thorough job. Derrick G was the service man who came this year and as with the past service people, he did an excellent job. I would not be without my yearly Climate Control visit.

Jory Watkins from Climate Contolled performed an annual checkup on our AC system last week. He called to announce his arrival, he arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He spent a more than an hour going over the unit and briefed us on its condition before departing. He met our expectations in every aspect.
Extremely frustrated with this company. They were quick to come out and trouble shoot, but now I can't even get an answer to when the parts for my ac will be in ($3,000+). My family is living in 90 plus degrees every day so I'm a little impatient. I even offered to pay for quicker shipping but that too went nowhere. Would not recommend this company.
Rowland has been to my house over the past few years. Told me about the annual service plan. I took his advice, based on furnace age. Arrived home on a Friday at 3pm with no heat. Called for same day appointment, Rowland showed up at 6:30pm and woke up to a warm house for the weekend. Money saving advice with the service contract. Thanks Rowland and Climate Control

We are so happy with Climate Control and their inspections when we have clients under contract. They do their best to schedule the work as soon as possible and provide detailed reports of what was done or needed. Mary Lauren did a fantastic job with all our requests and she is a huge asset to the company.
My forced air heating went out just days after Christmas. I expected to call and have surly customer service and a long wait (days) for repair. Instead I was helped by Kathy on the phone who was very cheery and responsive and set me up for an appointment that very afternoon. Daniel came to my house, professionally introduced himself and talked me through every step of troubleshooting the problem. He didn't seem hurried or frustrated about the crazy work pace I know he'd been keeping. He also took the time to review their preventative service options. I've never used Climate Control Company before, but I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I recommend their service without hesitation!
Addendum: October 2019 I am now three years into using their annual preventative service and continue to be so impressed by their customer service. I am officially a loyal customer and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of service!

Will was very knowledgeable. When I told him about a situation we had with the furnace last winter he explained what probably happened and made sure to remedy the situation so it hopefully won't happen again. Ricki spoke to me for a half an hour and explained what my problem most probably was. She didn't have to do that and I am so grateful that I am armed with knowledge so I can speak intelligently to an AC tech in my area.

Nice office people and tech. The system was given a normal check up October 2019. In Dec. They were not able to solve the problem of even controllable heat distribution on our radiant heat system in three visits and bill of about $1000. Sending supervisor for next visit. Weather was below zero. They loaned us three space heaters for a day. Christmas and New Years weeks making it hard to get further solutions. We are trying to work together rather than call another firm.
We've used Climate Control for our home in Snowmass Village for several years and they are fantastic. Our technician, William just serviced our heating and cooling systems, inside and out. He was thorough, polite, very professional and left the house spotless. I'll definitely call and ask for William next time I need service!

William G handled my furnace cleaning. During the visit he informed me of an issue with my hot water heater. He replaced a part on my furnace and a quote was provided for the tank. Miguel with Climate Control Company installed a Split A/C Unit in our main living area, and a Boiler, and Side-arm Water Heater in our first floor mechanical room. Miguel was conscientious about our flooring, our property and being interruptive. He was personable to communicate with and did clean, efficient work. A pleasure to have Miguel, he installed confidence every step of the way - and Climate Control has been great to work with. They had a designated account manager, Greg, to keep in touch with during each stage of the job who was very quick at getting back to us to answer any questions. They were fair on price and timing.
