I live in another state and read an article from Climate Control's website that pertained to my situation. I called hoping that someone would give me a tiny bit of information about my AC problems, which were happening clear across the country. Ricki spoke to me for a half an hour and explained what my problem most probably was. She didn't have to do that and I am so grateful that I am armed with knowledge so I can speak intelligently to an AC tech in my area.
