My experience is based upon the poor customer service I have received via Kojima s online store for the American consumer where you can buy official online kojima merch. #1 I have waited two weeks and still not received the $500 in merch I bought. #2 I was told that what I had bought was sold and out of stock when it showed otherwise via website. I was promised after two weeks of waiting that I would get the item that was out of stock. Today when they finally decided to start shipment they only shipped half of my order and not the item that was out of stock. I am very let down on this customer service as I have no way to resolve this with a manager but only email incompetent representatives of the company that only ask if I want a refund with no additional details. I do not recommend buying from this store and as a long time kojima fan it sucks to say that.
