Love the Apple. The machines are updated and clean. Lisa Morton, trainer, is excellent to work with. She is very helpful and knowledgeable from weights to Pilates.

Great place, awesome facility, fantastic programs and a wonderful staff.

Stroller Bootcamp is an excellent class combining cardio with weights in a fun, exhilarating atmosphere. The instructor, Melissa Adams, is encouraging and inspires me to do my best plus push myself to the next level. The class allows moms, with and without children in tow, to exercise with friends and enjoy the social benefits of group exercise!

Horrible experience -
When we joined, I read the contract and asked questions about the cancellation policy. Apparently, I was lied to, because my wife and I were told "30 days is sufficient for no worries cancellation." There administrative staff doesn't get back to you and the company wont work with you at all. Sure, the gym facilities are nice, but is it worth being locked into a contract that will destroy you if you try to leave?
They wont 600+ dollars to cover the year's member ship despite my moving out of state and giving the "30 days cancellation notice."
I'm sure a collection agency is next.
ANY GYM THAT IS WILLING TO COME AFTER YOU WITH COLLECTIONS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

I had a frustrating experience here today. I went in because the very top of the membership page boasts free memberships for spouses of deployed service members. My meeting got it to a bad start when the 'lovely' woman helping me looked at my husband's order and said, "oh, he's a musician? I don't think that job qualifies" What!? I informed her that her sta was condescending and offensive. She comes back with a manager who informed me that my husband's deployment doesn't 'count'as it needed to be in a combat zone. Apparently, he isn't deployed enough. To someone who is two months into a long separation, this was an emotionally charged in the face. My husband is no less military and no less deployed than anyone else.

Please listen to the bad reviews!!!! horrible place. Don't sign up for a membership they are extremely over priced and will screw you over they'll lock you into another years membership without your knowledge and screw you over and send you to collections!!!! They're all about the money. Awful service!!

My husband and I joined a month ago and so far we have been enjoying all the resources available to us. There are a ton of free classes, there are pools, hot tubs, and the gymnasium. Their equipment is very user friendly and the people there are very nice.

I go to stroller boot camp MWF with Melissa and Lynette. It s a 1hr class with a variety of weights and cardio. Melissa and Lynette are fun and encouraging. It s always different and challenging and the xfactor for me is that there is so much running included. Other weights or cardio classes are missing that component for me. We do ladders, sprints, and run laps in the gym. Highly recommend. If this fits your schedule it s a great class! I m so grateful Apple continues to host this class.

This is a good gym to work out at! I originally joined for the classes, also because of the nice pristine feel that it has. Hopefully there is expansion of their facilities in the future.

BEWARE! Read the fine print of your contract. When you call the front desk to cancel a membership and the clerk says "ok we'll take care of it." It is NOT taken care of. You must submit in writing or you will continue to be charged. While the club is ok, not fabulous, but ok, these underhanded business practices make it a place I don't want to deal with.

My experience here has been nothing short of wonderful! I joined to work out for a goal with a deadline, after a friend shared a guest pass with me. Sandy helped me sign up with the right contract for my needs, and got me set up with the right trainers to meet my specific goals. Apple has honestly changed my life. The facilities are fantastic, the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, women's gym IN the locker room, not to mention the endless available classes throughout the day. I'm already thinner and stronger than when I joined less than a month ago, and I have barely scratched the surface of what Apple has to offer. I had no idea what I had been missing out on! Definitely try the FitWall! **edit: just wanted to add that I gave notice according to terms of my contract and it was seamless. I was also reminded by staff several times to ensure my cancellation was made timely. I wish I had known more about Apple sooner, but was scared off by fear of negative reviews about contract issues. Just be sure to understand the contract you sign up for, the staff is thorough and clearly explains what to expect, and they have many different arrangements, so don't be shy about asking!

Best health club in Idaho Falls by far. Lots of great classes. They have awesome Yoga instructors. It's worth the membership just for Yoga. Nice facility too!

Apple Athletic Club is amazing!!! We ve been members for more than two years and still workout at least four times a week. I ve lost 80 pounds with the help of trainers and classes. All of the trainers and instructors are amazing! My favorite so far for classes is Elizabeth in cycling class. She is hard and fun at the same time. She is super amazing!!! We are going to be lifers at Apple!!!

Lots of weights and machines, perfect workout environment

Super expensive. Whenever I go alone, the women's room is usually full and I get harassed. Reporting it does nothing. Planning on cancelling the member ship IMMEDIATLY

Three pools, friendly staff, and good hours. Sadly though the nursery isn't open enough on the weekends which isn't great when you work all week and want to workout on the weekends and there's next to no availability. Overall a decent gym.

First class fitness facility that cares about its members!

Since joining the Apple, I've dropped almost 100 lbs & my confidence has boosted sky high! The gym has now become my guilty pleasure & one of my favorite hobby's.
The staff & trainers are amazing & their accounting department is wonderful!

Very dishonest. They make cancelling a contract long and unnecessarily drawn out. If they truly were as good as they said they were, they wouldn't have to worry about people defecting. My recommendation, stay away. There are far better options around Idaho Falls.

Great facility, love the volleyball leagues, but you have to be a billionaire to afford their excessive gym fees. No thanks, I'll stay fat for a lot less money.

If you are looking for a gym with EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE MEMBERSHIPS, AUTOMATED RENEWELS (that are in the finest of print), LINES FOR WORKOUT EQUIPMENT that pale in comparison to the Tiger Ear line at the county fair, and EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, then this is the place for you!!!

Not only will you have a chance to meet many sweaty, annoyed people while waiting for an eternity to use most all gym equipment that happens to be in working order, you get the privilege of paying top dollar to do so. As an added bonus, females will be able to enjoy the endless ogling of the many, many meatheads trolling around the gym equipment at all times looking for love in all the wrong places.

Are your eyeballs cold? No problem here as the pool chlorine/PH levels will cause burning comparable to icy hot in your urine tract!

Oh, and the workout classes. Years ago enjoyable, are now filled with disgruntled sweat mongers boycotting air conditioning. Seriously, these rooms are hotter and sweatier than a mammoth in a sauna!! You can practically see the stench wave moving across the room when class begins like a tsunami in Fukushima.

If you are lacking self confidence, the employees have well more than enough to go around! These people act like stud horses on high doses of testosterone!!! The Russian women s wrestling team has nothing on these folks. If you could harness the energy that most of the employees put into being rude, it could solve our nations energy crisis!!

The best part is when you move away and call to cancel your membership, they treat customers of 10 years or more like a steaming pile of fecal matter trying to rob the MGM Casino.

Why join a gym that will just let you leave anytime for a fraction of the price when you can join The Apple Mafia ? When you join this gym, you are in for life!! One way in, One way out! This place truly is your gym for life, whether you like it or not. They neglect to mention the AUTOMATIC YEARLY RENEWALS that are allegedly stated in fine print comparable to that of a subatomic particle.

Contracts arent preferable a d its expensive if you dont use it bit very worth it if you do. Wish ALL the classes were included though

I have worked out at Gold's Gym, Bally's, 24 Hour Fitness, and numerous other gyms in Boise, Moscow, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Washington, D.C., Denmark, and Spain. However, none of these gyms -- some of which were quite nice -- had the same quality of equipment or added features such as two pools and a basketball court. My experience tells me that Apple Athletic is one of the best gyms in the country.

I ve been taking a Pilates class with Lisa Morton for about 4 years. She s a great instructor and always challenges us and keeps the class fun and gives us a great workout. Thanks Lisa!

Katie has been a great ambassador for Apple! Welcoming & helpful each time I stop by her desk! The instructors are all so energetic, fun, and motivating!

A good place for water sports for folks of all ages!

I love to be outside, but because I cant always escape to places to enjoy XC skiing or hiking, I noticed when I would go do these things- I would be completely sore. Now that I am a member, and have a fitness routine that is super close to my home, I really gained muscle strength to make it further and enjoy hiking/XC skiing that much more.
With all the group X classes, Trying them is so fun and they have really helped me with my fitness routine! The Sauna, Steam room and hot tubs are especially nice after that intense work out and always worth it at the end.The Awesome staff, who is always eager to help when I have a question, The amazing equipment and the plethora of fitness classes. I always can find a new class to try because they are all so different. I couldn't suggest a better place.

Lynette s spin classes are my favorite to attend. Thank you Lynette for always making it worth it to get up at the crack of dawn!

I recently renewed the 'overpriced' membership contract for another year (overpriced being the top complaint I've read among other reviews) and here is why; the membership is worth it. The facilities are clean, the equipment is, for the most part, always operational and in good repair. You have a multitude of classes to work with and the staff involved in these courses have an educational background that extends beyond 'well I watched a youtube video on it lololz!' which means nothing you do isn't for your benefit. While it's true sometimes you may have to wait for equipment, this usually ceases to be an issue when the New Years crowd peters out. Above all else, you will take out of it what you put into it, they can help you, but they aren't going to make you in shape. But trust the process, because it works.

Man, I just love this place- the classes, sup yoga in the pool, the splash pad, the steam room, the way you feel like family when you walk in.

It's a fun, relaxing, uplifting place for my whole family to be.

I've been a member since 2004, moved away for a few years and am so glad to be back.

Thank you Apple for continually improving the facility.

I am really enjoying my Apple membership. I would like to say Frank Dennis has been so helpful to me. He answers all my membership questions and treats me as a valued member of this gym. He also has encouraged me when playing pickleball to get better at the game. Frank is always happy and makes me feel good when he encourages me. He is an excellent staff member at the Apple!

I have never been so livid about a single establishment.I received a call from collections because my account was apparently never closed and there were a ton of hidden fees and it was being processed through legal. I attempted to contact the management to settle it with them and they ended up treating me like some low class scum that never pays their bills, and were so rude and disrespectful.

My family did not have a good experience with the Apple Athletic Club. All employees we spoke to with issues concerns treated us with ZERO respect. They all made it sound like no way this would happen at Apple Fitness and it was our problem.
- We had roughly $90 stolen from my wife's wallet at the Daycare and received terrible response on looking into this. I had to call 6-8 times to push the issue and get tape reviewed otherwise this would have been swept under the table. Of course, Apple Fitness was unable to find anything wrong with their employees with this issue.
- We found out that my job was relocating my family earlier than expected. We gave a 39 day heads up before membership resignation that we were no longer going to be members because we were moving out of state. Of course, Apple Fitness was greedy and wanted the extra $100 and held us to the 60 day resignation policy and was unable to make any exceptions due to a unexpected event. I feel as if any normal minded person would consider this and make exceptions to their policies when my family gave them notice as soon as we knew we were relocating.

Unfortunately, there is not many "family oriented" athletic clubs in Idaho Falls and I believe Apple Fitness knows this and takes advantage of it. I would not recommend this to any friends or family due to the experiences we encountered while being members.

Love the yoga classes at Apple, as well as the variety of different equipment to help attain your health goals.

I would doubt that any 5 star review on here is authentic. I've never heard anyone ever say anything good about this organization. I was skeptical going in and I regret it. Wish I never did. The facility is nice but the company is as slimey as it gets. They do not care about you or your well being they care about your money that's it. The staff is rude and unhelpful. You wont get the price you're quoted and they will milk you for every dime. If you want out of the contract forget about it. They will do nothing to help you in any way under any circumstance.

Completely unethical. I signed my son up for $1500 worth of personal training. The contract I signed clearly stated they would pull $754 now and the remaining $754 the following month well ahead of my son's last training session. I used my debit card and of course.... wait for it.... yes, of course, they didn't pull the agreed to $754, rather they took the entire $1508.00 putting my account overdrawn. This type of billing has to be the easiest possible, extremely straight forward as nowhere on the contract was the $1508.00 listed. Instead, it listed the 2 payments and the pull dates. This was not an innocent mistake. The person that billed my card did the math, ignored the contract and charged the entire amount up front. My son hasn't even had his first training session. Where I would have considered a family membership if my son enjoys the training, I am now in the 'never never never do business with these people' category.

I usually have great experiences here but recently I have been unlucky and I come in when a certain front desk lady is working. I believe her name is Gabby. She seems annoyed with every person that comes in and makes me feel like a burden when I have questions. She rolls her eyes at me after I try to get her attention because I had been waiting to get checked in for a while because she was either talking to another worker or on her phone. I love this gym but her attitude makes me want to leave when I come in and see that she is working.

Great place, good equipment and classes...terrible membership services. I was on an extended contract while I was in career transition. Not wanting to resign, Apple offered me a month to month. (although I notified Shelly Pratt that I would not be in IF for more than 3-5 weeks from the date of our discussion) she informed me it was a great option to keep me from joining the simple 24.00 a month Anytime Fitness next to my home. Instead they automatically charged me for two months, rather than one and I am in dispute still 6 months later to dispute paying the unfair amount of 120.00 for a single use. I would highly recommend you stay away from them. However, their classes and equipment rock and the original rep I dealt with "Frank" was amazing. I would keep all handlings with him

This place is garbage has an emergency and had to leave town for a bit and they didn t want to work with me so they put me in another year contract when I signed the paper to end it! They aren t what they say they are there just a bunch of jerks!!

Definitely the place to be in town for working out, swimming, fitness classes and starting a healthy lifestyle! Love the atmosphere for sure. Ya its not the cheapest and have looked at other "GYMS" but in terms of health and fitness, cleanliness, array of things to do and open 24hrs to fit my schedule its completely worth it. Highly recommended for sure.

Apple has some of the best hours, although they are NOT 24/7 like the billboards advertise. The facilities are always clean and the equipment well maintained. Downsides are: its expensive, long contracts (18 months), and when your 18 months is up it does NOT go month to month. It renews for another 18 months.

I left my water bottle at the Apple after I did a spinning class. When I called, Cheryl stopped what she was doing and went upstairs to find my water bottle! Thank you for taking time out of your day to help me. Great Customer Service!!!

Just moved to Idaho and this is -- hands down -- the perfect facility for my needs. After enjoying various top-rated facilities of the DC Metro area, California, and large Midwest cities, I find IF/AAC stacks up very well. The combined, above-and-beyond efforts of several staff members to customize a plan to fit my financial & physical needs was amazing. I am so grateful to them! The front desk staff has been helpful, friendly and fun to interact with. The 91 degree pool as well as the spotless whirlpool and sauna have been the best heat & aqua therapy for my health. And I have yet to see crowds at the facilities I've used. A lot of it is timing. I talked with front desk staff to get a feel for best "quiet times". My recommendation: take advantage of their free 1-day guest pass to check it out for yourself. (And always, always be sure to clarify every detail of your contract. I've been burned by billing issues at some of the best facilities America has to offer. Take a bite of this Apple!

They will not work with you or let you out of a contract when your having a hardship!!! Very disappointing. Especially when you communicate with them and get nowhere.

I give 5 Stars to the instructors, and 1 Star to the management. We received free 3 day passes for two guests to come with us to the gym while they were in town. The management treated them so poorly and got mad at them because they are not locals. We pay so much money to go to this gym and they couldn't give some respect to our guests who they said could join us for 3 days? This is not the first time that management has been rude in situations that require some common courtesy.

The staff is really great here, they only hire the best. Great equipment and the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs are the best. Sauna and steam room are great and the classes are great.

Love stroller boot camp with Lynette and Melissa! Such a great workout that s different each class! I love that my son can come run and play and exercise too. He gets to see so many great examples of healthy exercise!

A HUGE thank you to instructors Melissa Adams and Lynette Kunz at the Apple's Stroller Bootcamp. Last December, I blew out my knee skiing and had to have it reconstructed. It was a long and difficult recovery. I was very active before my injury. I was very frustrated with my progress, until I met Melissa and Lynette. They have both been so encouraging and helpful along the way. They push me when I need it, but don't judge me when I can't quite do a box jump yet. Melissa has created fun challenges that make me feel accountable. They and the other women who attend, have become great friends to me along the way. My 5 year old daughter also loves going to stroller bootcamp and is learning the importance of exercise.

Only concerned with money, not quality of your experience. The motto is "bait and switch."

The employee there, Katie, was extremely rude to me. I went in to cancel because of being high risk for pregnancy and she rolled her eyes at me and said I ran and worked out my entire pregnancy and I mentioned that I m at high risk. She then sat there at her desk just texted on her phone. I asked rhetorically if I needed to sign something & she replied uh.. ya i asked because I wanted to get it going already & be done. She then asked if I had a doctors note to prove what I was saying. I said no I just stopped in real quick to cancel. She rolled her eyes at me and said okay. She grabbed the paper and said sign and date so I did. I then asked when my membership would be cancelled and she looked at me and chuckled & said uh I don t know. The entire interaction was so unprofessional and she was beyond rude. In no way did she have any right asking for a doctors dote considering it s not my place of work and I have the right to cancel whatever my reason may be! Secondly, I would never recommend this gym to anyone. It s very nice but the agreement and the people who work their are rude and hide a lot of small detail from you. They say the daycare is only $1.50 something a day. But don t mention that you need to purchase a membership for the child as well that is another $7. I literally had to pull that info out of them because they weren t wanting to tell me what the extra fees were about.

Too expensive I pay 140.00 a month and I still have to pay 75.00 for a birthday party.
The women's bathroom are messy.

These people have messed up my billing more than once now in less than a year, costing me money. I am sick of it! Their staff isn't trained to give accurate information when you need information about your account and billing. Today I called because they drafted out of the wrong account and while the Apple said yes that their employees should have given me more correct information when I changed my billing, that they were not going to make it right with me. So now I have extra charges from my bank because of the Apple. I am sick and tired of the Apple screwing up and then not taking responsibility for the damages they cause. Its hard for me to trust them now which makes it super hard for me to feel good about continuing my membership with them. Another issue we have is when we signed up we were told all of these wonderful things about the kids club area and my kids were really excited. Now that we have experienced it I can tell you its rubbish. Most of the time there is nobody in there and most of the equipment is broken. My kids hate it and since they don't have anything to do while at the apple, I don't get to work out. In general I just feel they don't care about their members. If they did they would want to make it right when they screw up and take responsibly for what their employees do in error. They know they have your contract and you can't do anything about it so while you are under contract they don't care. We will NOT be renewing our membership when it comes up!

I have been with Lisa for almost three years now. What an amazing trainer and person. She has educated me on everything from nutrition, weight training, Pilates and even pain management. Every time I have had questions or a problem she has always found answers and solutions and has incorporated it into my sessions. She has helped me loose and manage my weight, put on muscle, and has went above and beyond to help with my nerve pain. If you are considering a Trainer at the Apple I wouldn t recommend anyone other than Lisa Morton. Not only will you get a AWESOME personal trainer but you will get a friend for life...

Really enjoy working out at the Apple. I have attended one of Kathleen Kalougata's classes and it was amazing! Super good workout and "Kathy" did a great job with tons of energy and enthusiasm. I really enjoy the "after workout time" in the spa, sauna and pools. A big shout out to the guys who keep the executive locker so clean and stocked with supplies! Thanks Apple for giving me a great reason to workout on a regular basis!

My insurance will pay for membership but when I went to sign up they told me i needed to pa $39 a month for improvement of building fees and would not let me sign up till. I gave them all of my banking information. Think I will go elsewhere.

The facility is top notch... if you can't get a good workout here there is no hope for you. My only gripe is the $15.00 daily pass fee. I travel alot and have to use daily passes --- this is really expensive. You would think a better business model would be lower pass rates... oh well.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I don t even live in Idaho. I was being turned to collections on an account one of the salesman s forged in my name. Turns out this is common practice with this company. It was extremely hard to get ahold of management. Steve and Ray are crooks and liars. I was able to see my forged contract but was not able to get a copy of it without a warrant. After multiple attempts I finally was able speak to Ray. He assured me it was being taken care of. HR was reviewing it and it was out of his hands. He called me a few days later to let me know they had fired the employee forging contracts, which I learned he had done to at least 20. Only to find out he still works there in the same position. I have gotten no where on this issue. I strongly urge anyone sign up for a free trial to call and make sure you weren t signed up without your knowledge. If anyone else has experienced this please let me know!! I am going through the legal system in hopes Steve and Ray can t cover that up. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE APPLE AS YOU CAN!! Tell everyone you know to call and make sure they don t have an unknown membership.

I am absolutely estatic to have joined this gym, it is so over the top of what I expected! It is true about the contract- if you are planning on moving or quitting before your contract is over it can get a bit squirrley as per contract terms, so please be careful! (They are a parent company to Planet Fitness, with no contract- btw) but they have thought of so many things you just can't find at the usual gym. They have a wonderful lap pool, jacuzzi, free classes such as zumba and Tai Chi- and a coffee bar.
This is a "club" not a gym, so your experience is what you make it. Racquetball or basketball, if you enjoy fitness, this place will keep you busy. For what I pay per month, I believe it's worth every penny plus some. I thought everyone was quite friendly, considering. But- if you wanted to work out with less people around, there are a maze of different rooms you can try out. The staff is very helpful, and just has that caring type of vibe you just don't see everywhere. Hands down, best gym I've ever been to. If there's a better one, please message me, I like being spoiled. Let me know!

I have been a member for 5 years. I love the group fitness classes and the staff is very friendly. The women s only area is a nice plus, and the pool is a great place to take the kids!

If you are looking for a nice gym, check out the Apple. They are fully staffed with lots of extras even a women's only area. Lots of fun sport leagues and different classes. Wonderful personal trainers. I personally love Kathy, very up beat, high energy, and motivates you through the entire session. Only down side and the reason I have it 4 stars is that it is on the more expensive side, but that is expected for the many wonderful amenities that they offer.

The person in charge of paperwork can't do there job. I was told when I signed up that if needed to I could transfer my account to someone else. This person was a neighbor. I was leaving so I gave the account to her. Well in the process. We couldn't go in at the same time to fill out paperwork. She went in first to fill out her end. The a couple of days later I went in. I made sure things were good to go for I was leaving the state and not coming back. I asked them that everything was good to go. They said yes. Today was the fifth time they called me to give them my neighbors information....... It is not my job to give them that info they should have gotten it on the form she signed. So now supposedly my account is sitting not being used. I hope you don't get screwed like I did, and hopefully they will keep better paperwork work from here on out. Also this is how they treat there service members family. That is why I had to move.

They screw you over. It isn t worth joining at all. even the 3 day free trial. I am 17 years old, on the website it said you have to be 18 years old . Normally that just means have a parent sign you off. So I had my mom come down and be there with me to sign me off. They made us sign papers and everything and then at the end of everything told us that I am not allowed in without an adult. Its not worth it.

The Apple is a fantastic facility, not just a gym. Its aesthetics are pleasing and the various classes they offer seem endless. League sports, pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, tanning and massage, plus an athletic bar, what more could you ask for?

Coming from a big city with a spin, boxing, or yoga establishment on every corner, not to mention every gym imagineable, I'd say Apple is one of the best things about Idaho Falls. The facility is huge, the equipment is clean, people actually re-rack their weights, I've never waited for a cardio machine, and the group classes are amazing-people get really into them and you can feel the energy. It's like a laid back Equinox where I don't feel compelled to wear makeup to the gym ;).

Look through the rest of the reviews and you'll see that the 1-stars come from contract issues. General rule in life is to read a contract before you sign... Yes they do 'auto renew', but they contact you before doing so and you can even let them know the day you sign that you do not want auto-renew.

It's really a great club! the protein shake bar is awesome for after workouts(or before if you're into that sort of thing) all the equipment its generally clean and up to par and most members are friendly, encouraging, helpful and full of conversation! The pools are neat but if you're not a parent or elderly, you might want to go at an early or really late hour, for they have aerobics and obnoxious kids(swimming lessons). The outside hot tub is great anytime and you can usually get it to yourself for a few minutes, which is nice! All in all, this is an excellent gym and i recommend it to anyone!

Also, the staff is great! They will contact you personally if you express any concern, i'm honestly just amazed. if you're looking for a gym in idaho falls, Go to this one. its not just a gym, its a club and its worth it.

Very impressive gym! Definitely the most comfortable gym experience I've had! If you have the time to spend enjoying what it has to offer, you should definitely check it out!

Probably one of the worst places I've ever had the misfortune of going into.

I never signed up for a membership with Apple but was put on a membership with my ex without my permission.

When I asked my ex to remove me and my billing information from the account Apple refused. When she asked to cancel the account they lied to her face and said it was canceled but continued to charge me regardless

When I spoke directly. To frank he lied to me twice and told me cancellation was impossible even though they say you can cancel any time. Frank and then Amy continued to lie and use predatory practices and told me on no uncertain terms that to get out of a membership I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR, AUTHORIZED OR USED, I would have to charge my ex with identity theft and bring in a police report. Something im not ever going to do go her.

Don't waste your time with Apple. They are incredibly unproffessional. You are better off going litterally anywhere else.

This gym is not supportive of womens right to breastfeed which is unfortunate since they offer a nursery.

Worst gym experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They are shady with their contracts and only want your money. I wanted to join the gym for a few months due to my living situation which I made very clear since I was attending college elsewhere within 6 months, but my representative made an "accident" (their words, not mine) where she filled out the wrong line, so when it came my time to move, they were not accommodating on THEIR mistake. Since I did not live in Idaho Falls anymore they were hard to get ahold of and I was hung up on multiple times. Eventually, they sent me to collections, I was 19 years old at the time.. Had to refinance my car so they wouldn't garnish my wages for THEIR mistake. 4 years later and I'm still paying the price. Shoot for non-profit organizations, they genuinely care about your health, rather than your wallet.
