These people have messed up my billing more than once now in less than a year, costing me money. I am sick of it! Their staff isn't trained to give accurate information when you need information about your account and billing. Today I called because they drafted out of the wrong account and while the Apple said yes that their employees should have given me more correct information when I changed my billing, that they were not going to make it right with me. So now I have extra charges from my bank because of the Apple. I am sick and tired of the Apple screwing up and then not taking responsibility for the damages they cause. Its hard for me to trust them now which makes it super hard for me to feel good about continuing my membership with them. Another issue we have is when we signed up we were told all of these wonderful things about the kids club area and my kids were really excited. Now that we have experienced it I can tell you its rubbish. Most of the time there is nobody in there and most of the equipment is broken. My kids hate it and since they don't have anything to do while at the apple, I don't get to work out. In general I just feel they don't care about their members. If they did they would want to make it right when they screw up and take responsibly for what their employees do in error. They know they have your contract and you can't do anything about it so while you are under contract they don't care. We will NOT be renewing our membership when it comes up!
