At the core of what every person hiring a company ...

At the core of what every person hiring a company to care for their home or business wants is TRUST. In my many years experience with APG they have always personified trust and pride in their work. From the reception, billing, field and office staff, to every person I've interacted with each has shown pride in their work and company. It is rare to find a company of this size who is both professional and family based in this day and age. I truly recommend hiring them for your business needs.

Dear Mr. Henley,
I wanted to reach out to you. My name is Mark Monroe, and I am the Facility Director for Keystone Place at Terra Bella. Your company I feel has gone above and beyond my expectation of how service should be given. We got our CO in April 2018, and with some bumps in the road through our 1 year warranty your company was great. So I asked to have you stay on to service my needs for our facility. So for the last 4 months or so I have received outstanding service from your company. So starting with Tim White who invited me down to tour your facility and to meet his staff. I was amazed with how I was greeted and treated when I arrived. I have been doing this for a long time, and that I felt I was treated the same way that someone of a higher status then myself would be treated at other companies I have visited was amazing with your company. Among the staff that was present and I am sorry if I miss some names. Pete Hynemen, BJ Klingensmith, and Dori Fry also made me feel welcomed.
Before I met the above staff, I mostly spoke with Sara Cochrane with any and all issues with service. She is amazing with handling all my concerns. The service techs that was sent out Sal and Scott 90% of the time, were basically Awesome!! Since then the service department has sent out a few new tech s that came out with either Sal or Scott, came for service or install, did a service call yesterday in my kitchen, and the 2 tech s that have been here for that past week doing my yearly life safety inspection of my facility have been equally awesome. So much so that with talking with these great people and hearing nothing but great things about your company, I was almost was thinking of applying to your company .
Your engineering department Michael Skene and the staff that has been taking care of me these past few months have been amazing also, keeping me in the loop and addressing my concerns.
So over all you should be extremely proud of your staff delivering great customer service above and beyond the standard norm in this industry.

Technician Alex C is great!
I service Ansul systems and my new customer had a very strange electrical problem. Alex showed up and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I ve worked with many electricians in my industry and it s rare that one impressed me. Great job Alex!!

These folks are building a hospital in Ocoee Flori...

These folks are building a hospital in Ocoee Florida. The supervisor on the job site is verbally abusive and treats the staffers like second class citizens. They are behind schedule and getting back charged for a bunch of screw ups, I tried to last, because it's close to my house.. I made it three days, and I was pretty much getting superintendent pay just to work with my tools, the guy running the job was so angry I couldn't watch. It might be a different story if you work directly for the company, but I'll never know.

Best company I have ever worked at! It feels like one big family. They really value their staff's well being, the work/life balance is wonderful and the office culture is amazing. I truly enjoy every day that I go to work.

I don't know if they're any better at being electr...

I don't know if they're any better at being electricians but their customer service is horrible. I wanted to be a new customer but evidently becoming a new customer is nearly impossible.

When I called Monday morning at 9:30 AM I initially asked if it was possible to have someone out that week. The girl has no idea. Nothing can be done until I fill out a new client questionnaire. This has to be emailed to me and faxed back. I ask if I can just give it to her now over the phone. No can do. Must to fill out a form and must fax it in.

An hour later, at 10:26, the "New Customer Form" arrives in my email. I quickly fill it out and fax it back. No response for over two hours. I call. The girl says the fax is down but she'll check and see if they got it and call me back. She takes down my number. No response, no call back for another two hours.

I call again and get a very young, immature girl who says "Yeah, our fax is still down, can you like...email it?"

I ask for a supervisor and after holding for nearly 10 minutes I get a guy named Pete. At first Pete seems like a take-charge, get-things-done kind of guy but ultimately he is just a no-count middleman and a clown.

He tells me he'll send me to someone who can enter my information in the system (annoying because that is what I asked for from the start) and in the meantime he'll see what is available this week.

It is now after 2:30, almost 3:00 and all I want to know is if it is possible for someone to come out this week and run some outlets for me. No can do. No one knows, Pete has no idea (even though he's supposedly a supervisor) and no one can tell you anything until your information is in their system. Obnoxious.

But I trusted Pete's nonsense. I figure he gets it. He understand everything I have been through just trying to hire his company to run a few outlets. He'll get back to me quickly and maybe even move things around to make-up for it. I hear nothing from him for over another hour.

Finally he calls and there's no availability for that week.

Wasted an entire day just trying to hire them.

They might be good at their jobs if you can get through all the nonsense red-tape it takes to hire them.

Everyone says it is a great company to work for, I...

Everyone says it is a great company to work for, I would not know. I have been waiting for almost 3 months for a return call I was promised, after filling out the application. Your HR girl (Brittany) assured me that the company was hiring and now I can not even get a return phone call, after leaving messages. Not what I expected from what I have heard about your company. Even a go away or no thank you would have been better than nothing. Why have voice mail if you are not going to use it?
