Was disappointing, many monkeys far away, almost no stray monkeys. Not worth repeating for me, not even after corona.

Was disappointing, many monkeys far away, almost no stray monkeys. Not worth repeating for me, not even after corona.
Nice park. Many animals that run free. In addition, there are many staff for questions and explanation.
A fun zoo with educational interactivity along the route you walk.
Also the possibility to take pictures and send by email at the park is very nice.
As Apeldoorners we regularly visit Apenheul. This was the first time during the Corona measures, but for the time being also the last time. Time slot reserved, there was a huge line at the entrance. It was also very busy in the park, it was very difficult to keep the 1.5 meters away in this way. The queues at the Orang Utans were so long that we skipped this. It was also very busy at a number of places with free-flowing open spaces. Too bad, but for now we will skip the Apenheul.
Because of the corona measures in the park, I do not recommend going here now. You see few monkeys because most of the run-off areas are closed. So where a monkey happens to walk it is very busy and you do not want to be there.
Unfortunately there is a lot different this time, no monkeys that are allowed with you because of covid. Furthermore, of course, a beautiful park!
A lot of monkeys. On a sunny day it can only be very busy!
Nice zoo but they want to stuff you with food and snacks. Those are monkey strokes
Nice park and environment, very nice for kids, adults less interesting
Great experience to go here. You literally walk among the monkeys. And the planned feeding moments are very nice to be with.
A nice park where monkeys can even walk over your shoulder, good restaurants and lots of monkeys
Nice to see the monkeys run free. Sometimes congestion by the mass of people. Perhaps adjust the routes slightly so that distribution is better.
Super nice monkeys and lots of different monkeys also nice eating and drinking places and nice play areas for the children and good parking, but it is a shame that there are so few smoking points but otherwise had a nice day, I would definitely recommend a look there take a nice day out for the whole family
A very interesting and useful place. You can learn a lot about our cousins, but not only. There are also other species threatened with extinction with a view to restoring them to nature. In addition to learning, you can have a lot of fun there at various playgrounds. A place with an idea and very good implementation. We will definitely visit there more than once.
One of the best days out! The monkeys come to you for a moment and there are plenty of different stays and monkey species. A must for everyone!
The distance to the parking lot is very far and hilly for wheelchair users. Especially when there are no more parking spaces. It is also hilly in the park. So a good physical condition is necessary, and be sure to arrive early to get a disabled parking space. Not suitable for the elderly in a wheelchair.
Beautiful park in terms of plants and trees, a feast for the eyes. As far as the Apenheul itself is concerned, JUST AMAZING.
Beautiful park, always enjoy here. Also good to do with small children!
Fewer monkeys were seen in connection with the coronavirus
Beautiful park with lots of loose monkeys around. Beautiful nature.
Everything is neatly adhered to according to the new rules and guidelines, including the staff
It was great fun with them 2, too bad that some parts were closed, but that did not stop us from enjoying the monkeys.
Leuk park jammer dat veel aapjes sliepen wel goed en goedkoop eten
Because of corona parts of the park are closed, understandable that we have to protect the animals, but would expect that they also do something about the entrance fees. the carousel was also closed. Strange as the 1.5 meter distance was applied / walking routes present, but still closed? For 2 adults and 2 children over 2 years, a total of 90 euros entrance ... in my opinion a waste of money.
Nice park but very bad weather and some trails closed in corona time, but we will definitely go back with better weather
Nice walk among the monkeys with sufficient information and places to eat
Very beautiful. Gladly again. Very friendly, very clean and absolutely kind to the animals.
Unfortunately, due to Covid measures, large parts of the site are currently closed. For example, the area with the squirrel monkeys is not accessible. This makes the experience different.
There is still plenty to see and do in the open parts of the park.
Very nice new playground!
Nice place near mountain and forest ,, stray monkeys, lots to see.
The feeding round for the gorillas is also recommended
Nice, especially all those stray monkeys that regularly sit on your shoulder. Furthermore, beautiful park, nice to walk through.
Very nice, just a pity that you could not see everything because of corona and it was very busy
Nice place to discover the variaty of apes, nice gorilla show, but no go on a rainy day as apes hate rain too
Er was veel gesloten. Maar het personeel is vriendelijk en willen graag informatie geven over de dieren die er zijn.
Far too busy to see what. Poor monkeys, all those mallets walking around there. to shame your eyes off your head.
Lots to see the monkeys are fairly relaxed, nice to see that monkeys are running free. good that they also have monkey-free bags. really a must
It is a super nice park, beautifully laid out, great those stray monkeys !!!!!
Definitely not recommended during the corona time !! Certainly not for small children who have hardly seen a monkey.
Clean and big. For half a day to a whole day of fun for children.
I came to Apenheul in 2016 and it was incredible! I'd never experienced anything like it, getting to see some of the animals wonder freely, it was much more enjoyable than your typical Zoo where all the animals are locked up. There is so much to do here, you would never get bored! Even now, 4 years later I remember how amazing it was and can't wait to go back! The best part was at the end of the day, when the park got much quieter and a lot more animals came out of the woods. I even got to sit right next to a giant lemur! Thoroughly recommend.
In itself a nice park only it was busy animals!
Lots, but also lots of prams, around which the children ran.
Due to the crowds we can see very little
A bit pricey, but unique for families with children.
What an experience all those apps and nature. Lovely park.
Waste of money, you hardly see any monkeys they are all far and the few shows that they have are not in english and almost all talking with no real action or show.
Plenty of eateries. Beautiful landscaped. Well timed shows.
Very clean and tidy. Many can see and pram and wheelchair friendly.
Very expensive for what you get for eating lavishly expensive toilet reasonably clean knowledgeable staff in the park
Nice and fun zoo and also entertainment for children with a nice day spent after monkey house and slides
Worth the visit to be interactive and so close to the monkeys
I left my children and my ex-wife behind. Finally found a good home ...
Super nice park well maintained. Only missed the children's carts
Went here with my girlfriend and it was such an amazing experience. Maybe it's because we feel very close to our families ;) Plenty of food, entertainment, and overall just a bunch of monkeys from small to large. Definitely would recommend a visit here if you're interested in those creatures.
Nicely maintained park with lots of monkeys and some other animals. Friendly staff. Very pricey if you do not have a discount. Also 8.50 for a day of parking, comes on top of your entrance. Also bring your own food, because you pay the main prize for qualitatively not the best food. For children a lot to do and learn, nice family park.
Nice park, especially with small children. For adults, there is plenty to experience with a small adjustment.
Pity that some places were closed but it is a very nice zoo
Maybe set a limit on visitors. Way to busy. No more fun.
Many monkeys nice park. But we had already walked through it completely after 2 hours
Just a pity that there were only 11 disabled parking spaces in the super large parking lot and that there was NO disabled toilet in the next large toilets building, not even handles or a bracket on the wall and so tight that it was very difficult to help an invalid.
Fortunately, my wheelchair-bound mother is crazy about those monkeys, which made up for a lot.
Nice and rather unique experience. This wildlife parc is so much better than a zoo, you can see the monkeys from very close, the enclosures are very big and natural. Some of the monkey run around freely. That's so cute. Don't forget your camera and enjoy a cool day at Apenheul!
Nice park. Also suitable for small children. Sometimes very busy. Very nice environment to spend some time in.
Very nice park and well maintained. Also nice interaction things for the kids
Had a great fun day with our children and grandchildren, strolled through the park at our leisure and enjoyed the many types of monkeys, which may or may not have walked freely among the public.
