A clean, well-kept hotel. Tasty food although it could be more varied

We were in September 2018 in this hotel. Friendly staff German could be better. Food was very good. Rooms were almost clean and very large. For the hotel in the years it was good. We had a nice week. Animation could be more offered.

Too overwhelmed hotel for what it offers! We had an apartment where my husband had to sleep on the floor because the sofa was so awkward with killing wooden parts that it was impossible to lie on it and absurd to sleep. And the bedroom where the children had to sleep was two beds to one another. The pillows broke their heads! From the bathroom in the room - the stench of canals. They were coming, spraying with grocery preparations - nothing! Eventually they had to stick the tape with tape. The smell in the bedroom was really unbearable. The lock in the bathroom was spoiled and had to come to fix it because it was impossible for us to bathe. People were trying to help, but alas! The animators paid special attention to the Germans, and their program was in German - English. The swimming pools in the morning are icy, you can not even go into them. And they were dirty, with sand on the bottom constantly. And finally the good - the food! Wonderful and abundant all inclusive! At least it was okay! Because after the beach in dirty Obzor we brought in Sofia intestinal viruses! I would not repeat my visit either in Casablanca or in Obzor!

Who wants to just relax without a lot of people and fuss is just right. The staff is friendly young. I liked the kitchen. We were in mid-September, the season is closing, so there was no entertainment. The water was 23 degrees and the sun is not burning, affectionate. The city has the opportunity to buy something. Varna city is not worth a visit outside of two large shopping complexes. Was a gray ugly town. in general.Already it could thunder heavily in the evenings.Always had a nice holiday!

The hotel feels more like a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel.
Everything's not that clean, no one at the hotel was able to speak a other language than Bulgarian (No English, Spanish, French or German) and they weren't that friendly.
Rather bad service overall.

The hotel isn't that big either, most of the pool chairs are broken.

It also doesn't feel like an all inclusive hotel because of the food times of the restaurant.

Not a 4 * hotel! The structure needs maintenance, the furniture is damaged, the sofas are stained, the doors of our room do not close. After asking the reception 4 times, we received a cot for our son. The menu is poor, boxed corn, and many, many fries. Noisa animation and with too high volume almost unbearable. When I left I took the empty shampoo bottle from the bathroom and at the reception they asked me to pay it! 10 lv! Unacceptable, in all hotels shampoo and lotion are for guests. For the price it costs, I will never go back! Thank you

I was there with my family for 7 days, staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the English skills of the staff were not very good, which led to problems every now and then.
Food (buffet) was always very good, the only thing that bothered me was that empty plates, glasses, etc. were cleared away in front of my nose while I was eating.
The room was all in all clean, but some things were broken, which was more of an optical nature.

Conclusion: you get what you pay for. Given that we mainly stayed in the hotel to sleep and eat, it was great.

We are very pleasantly surprised and will gladly come back.

The price for a week per person, all-inclusive was definitely justified.

The staff there is very nice and speaks understandable German and is available 24 hours.

I heartily recommend it for holidays.
