A 4 star hotel, on the outskirts of Obzor, relatively quiet surroundings and close to the beach, approx. 250m to the hotel beach with sun loungers and an umbrella incl.
The too short prescribed times for meals are also a bit annoying because the space is far too small. In good and warm weather, the outside area can also be used for meals, otherwise it can lead to space problems.
Staff quite friendly and polite.
The rooms are very spacious, but the inventory could be freshened up, especially the room doors should be replaced, one or the other might not feel so safe, and the acoustics from the outside area would not find their way into the interior of a room.

Casablanca offers a great holiday in Bulgaria. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is varied and freshly prepared, the rooms are cleaned every day. Thanks to the general manager of the hotel for his responsiveness and help and high professionalism. We highly recommend it.

The hotel makes a good first impression. Then it turns out that the tiles are missing, the water from the shower floods the entire bathroom (because there is no silicone between the shower door and the floor), the swallows' nests are not removed, so the whole balcony is obeyed. The receptionist thinks you a cheater when you report a problem and it only helps a personal conversation with your supervisor. Food good. Cleaners - depends on who will go. They do miracles from towels, but there are also those that will not clean up anything without a tip and will give you holes in towels.

Clean but very old area pool, loungers, room, please don't look carefully. Smaller defects are corrected immediately. Very nice staff in all languages. Animation varied and well done for children.

it could be clearer and a bit more modern. Hotel a bit PRLowski. Unfortunately, on the first day the door handle in the bathroom was shut off, and it was said that it was stagnant in the dead. We also met a cockroach in the room.

The upside is definitely the large rooms, close to the beach, good food.

The room was not vacuumed once during our 1 week stay. Furthermore, the buffet was mostly cold to lukewarm and there were far too few places so that you either had to wait or take a seat in the lobby or similar.
The pool area is nice and well maintained and was unfortunately the only positive point at the hotel.
At the time of our trip there was a large construction site opposite the building of a new hotel.

Taking it into account in your holidays, also take an amendment to the fact that most hotels in Bulgaria are not built with such care as in Poland, for example, fugues in Poland are not necessarily equal here. Nevertheless, it does not stop you from spending your time in a pleasant way. It is clean, the food is delicious (I am surprised by the comments of monotonous people who are making a 12-course dinner at home) to the beach with a stone's throw to the shops. It is really a hotel worth recommending for families with children. I RECOMMEND !!!

A 4 star hotel ... but in my opinion 3 stars. 7 days stay perfect. The animators tried their best to make the visit to the hotel more enjoyable ... with varying results. We used the beach where the service was free. Obzor is a nice charming town

We enjoyed a one week holiday at Obzor. The staff were all friendly and helpful (even though it was towards the end of the summer season) and ensured the guests were entertained even though the weather was bad. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget

Overall I liked it, I would have visited it again. You can work with the animators, reception staff and the bartender in the restaurant, have a lot to do. It is not the first beach line, it is not second and third, more than 100 m walk, maybe about 500m. But the food and drinks are of high quality, as well as the pools, incl. children's. They also thought about the kids - there was a successful improvised playground, jumping trampoline, the above-mentioned swimming pool, and for the youngest - a play area in the open and shaded. Also a children's disco every night. The rooms are not super luxury but are wide enough, incl. bathroom and balcony. I am very pleased with the cleaning staff!

Pretty good place to rest and enjoy sea, sun and good food. Peaceful, quiet and nice. If you want entertainment, like dance at midnight, not a good option for that. Although, if you want to rest, eat plenty of rich, nice food, drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for free (all inclusive), it's one of the greatest places in Bulgaria.

I wanted to take lunch for the 1 year old boy and nine months for some food in the room and I was not allowed ..... which bothered me and a towel disappeared .... It would still be ... ....
