I'm a transfer student from McHenry County College, most of my credits transferred over and the financial aid is great. The Lake Forest College faculty and staff strive for us, the students, to become successful and independent. My time at Lake Forest College has given me the chance to study abroad in London, England and Florence, Italy. I was given the chance to take a publishing practicum that resulted in a published book with my name on the copyright page. I m also a resident assistant for the residence life on campus. I've made some close relationships that I know will last after I graduate. It's also a great perk to have access to Chicago by train. Since the train is within walking distance it opens up my career opportunities, internships, and a chance to get off campus for a while. As a Forester student I can go to the Shedd Aquarium or Art institute for free! Lake Forest College will push you to be become the better version of yourself then you already are. GO Foresters!

I ve visited this campus as a high school counselor. It s a nice small liberal arts school, and I really like the campus. The town it is in is not really a college town, but it is a very nice place. Everyone that I met on campus was great and if you want a small liberal arts education this would be a good place to go.

We have two children there, & both adore their professors, guidance staff, & their fellow classmates. A warm loving atmosphere for certain.

Lake Forest is the ideal school for both my children. It is the ideal class size, great teachers and activities. Great theater productions. It is a wonderful school. Great location to Chicago. Check it out.

Lake Forest College has it all. Smart, engaged students, excellent faculty and staff and accessible sports teams. The breath taking campus and location could not be better, and Chicago is just 30 miles away, conveniently accessed by train.

Amazing College if only they had more funding for people of low income.

We feel our children are getting an excellent education while learning valuable life skills at Lake Forest College, Our son and daughter are both currently enrolled.
It is a positive energy environment with teachers who really care and go the extra mile.

Good class sizes -- small class size makes an ideal learning environment. Good social life -- big drinking campus for sure. Loved this place!!
