Anwb is coming to my car clutch cable was loose. Mr. van anwb thinks everything can be tightened with a screw. Then my entire clutch cable piece inc clutch. After 3 weeks no research no footage no conclusion from the garage they decide not to handle the complaint. So 1 mechanic demolishes my car .2 He is also right. 3 paying more and not accepting anwb. You have been good at me

Winkel is net open en nu al vreselijk geholpen. Op de vraag of we met een boekenbon konden betalen werden we door een 'akela' op zeer agressieve toon afgesnauwd. Hier gaan we dus niet meer heen.

The store is beautiful, but the quality of the warning triangle I bought is very poor. It broke right away when I tried it out ....

Urgent: an updated picture of the new first class location on the Neude, please! Great advice in finding just the right jacket! Best quality for the best price too. Go upstairs for coffee and a snack, and enjoy the best view of the bustling Neude. Also get your travel guides etc. there.

Above the cafe is very nice. Reasonable price and always a place to sit because its quite big. Down I have never shopped, I cannot rate that.

Good cozy store. Staff very customer friendly and good advice. You can drink coffee upstairs. Had a pleasant experience.

Great starting point for information and products. Personally, I think their products are too expensive, as outdoor things can be if you compare them with, for example, Decathlon. That said, for sound advice and reliability can not say nothing about the ANWB. In addition to their commercial position, loyalty to an organization that makes the difference between misery or coming home is a point that should not stand in the way of a euro more for a pair of walking socks. A right choice for everyone who sets off!

Nice guy who helped me, wide and strange offer in the store as this has been available for years. Yet only 3 stars because waiting, and that seems to be standard there, is unfortunately not to be found with competencies on my linkedin profile.

Normal anwb shop. Many travel cards and the like can be obtained.

Nieuw concept ANWB winkel, met horeca, reisbureau en veel andere diensten. Jammer dat ze de winkel zo vol hebben gezet met spullen.

Far too expensive snow chains and only a discount as an anwb member. That's how you lose customers

Extensive shop, with a large assortment. Tip: if a customer asks for something in between, then answer briefly and not the customer you have been waiting for. The other employee I was talking to answered in between the phone and went to the customer to speak extensively.

ANWB, what can one say? The only place to get an international drivers licence at a ridicules price. Won't buy anything else from them. Nice building though.
